Preparing for use

  1. Place the device on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface.
  2. Place the crisper rack correctly in the frying tray.

Do not fill the frying tray with oil or any other liquid.

Do not put anything on top of the device. This may disrupt the airflow and affect the air-frying result.

Using the device

1. Power on

After plugging in, a beep will sound and the indicator light will turn on before entering standby mode.

2. Selection of Function/Temperature/Time

Press ⏻ default temperature and default time of the Program are 180°C, 15 min respectively. You can freely adjust the time and temperature by pressing the Time +/- and Temperature +/- buttons. You can also press any function icon to cook different food. When you press, and the device will start the operation.

(1) The temperature control range is 50-180°C. Every click on the +/- temperature button will increase or decrease by 10°C. At 180°C, pressing the “+” button will loop th

temperature back to 50°C, At 50°C, pressing the “-” button will cycle the temperature back to 180°C. While the temperature is being set, the temperature digital display will flash on the screen.

3. Start, pause/stop

Start: After selecting the function, and setting the right time and temperature, press to start.

After a BEEP sounds, the machine will start operating. While the machine is in operation, the function icon is flashing. Halfway through the operation, the glass frying par will ring ten times to remind you to turn the food. For example, French fries, roasted chicken, grilled fish.

Pause: When the machine is in operation and press the button, the machine will pause. If you want the machine to recover, please press again, if no other operation is performed within five minutes, the machine will stop and return to standby mode after hearing a "beep" sound.

Note:

4. End of program

Warning: The basket can remain very hot for up to 30 minutes after cooking.

Hold the basket by the handles only.Do not touch the surface of the glass jar.

Operation steps

  1. Put the mains plug in an earthed wall socket.
  2. Put the ingredients into the frying tray.
  3. Put the frying tray in the right position. Choose a funct from the menu and press to start cooking.

4. Screen display

The screen display will show the temperature and time. The temperature is the set temperature and time is the remaining operating time.

The function selected will flash.

  1. Some ingredients suggest shaking halfway through the preparation time (see the 'Settings' section in this chapter). When stirring the food, use heat-resistant utensils such as silicone or nylon spatula, kitchen tongs, or a wooden spoon. You can also gently shake the basket to mix the food even without damaging the coating.
  2. When the timer bell sounds, the set preparation time has elapsed. You can now pull the pan out of the device and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
  3. Check whether the ingredients are ready.

If the ingredients are not ready, you can simply slide the frying tray back into the device and continue cooking.

Tips:

- Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.

- A larger amount of ingredients only requires a slightly longer preparation time, a smaller amount of ingredients only requires a slightly shorter preparation time.

- Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the preparation time optimized the end result and can help prevent unevenly fried ingredients.

  3. Pour 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl, put the stick on top and mix until the sticks
    are coated with oil.

  4. Remove the sticks from the bowl with your fingers or a kitchen utensil so that excess oil stays behind in the bowl. Put the sticks in the tray.

Note: Do not tilt the bowl to put all the sticks in the bas one go, to prevent excess oil from collecting at the bottom of the frying tray.

Clean the device after every use.

The frying tray, and the inside of the device have a non-stick coating. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean them, as this may damage the non-stick coating.
