GENERAL SAFETY CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

1. Before using the device, read the instruction manual and follow the instructions contained therein. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by using the device contrary to its intended use or improper operation.
2. The device is for domestic use only. Do not use for other purposes incompatible with its intended use.
3. Connect the device only to a grounded outlet 220-240V \~ 50-60Hz. In order to increase the safety of use, multiple electrical appliances should not be plugged into a single circuit at the same time.
4. To provide additional protection, it is advisable to install in an electrical circuit, a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual current of not more than 30 mA. In this regard, consult a specialist electrician.
5. Take special care when using the device when children are around. Do not allow children to play with the device do not allow children or anyone unfamiliar with the device to use it.

Children from 3 to under 8 years of age may turn the appliance on and off only when it is in its normal operating position, is supervised or has been instructed on safe use and understands the resulting risks. Children between the ages of 3 and under 8 must not connect, operate, clean or maintain the appliance themselves.

Before you start using it

Fill the kettle three times with water to the Max level, boil and pour out. To remove any factory odor, boil the water in the kettle several times.

1. Fill the kettle with water and check that the heater is completely covered with water.
2. Set the base (4) on a stable, flat and heat-resistant surface.
3. Plug the power cord into a 220-240V \~50-60Hz power outlet and turn the switch (2) to position I. The indicator light (3) will come on.
4. After boiling water, the kettle will automatically stop boiling water, but it is necessary to turn the switch (2) from position I to

position 0.

1. Before picking up the kettle, make sure that the kettle is turned off.
2. Want to turn off the kettle before the water boils, turn the switch (2) to position 0. The indicator light will go out (3).
3. While boiling, the lid (5) of the kettle must be closed. Only then the automatic switch will work.
4. The kettle can be turned on again approximately 2 minutes after the last use.
5. Switching on an empty kettle or one insufficiently filled with insufficient water will automatically turn off the device. In this case, wait several minutes. Pour the appropriate amount of water and turn the kettle on again.

Cleaning and maintenance

To decalcify, use specially designed preparations for this purpose in accordance with the instructions for use of the descaler. After descaling, rinse the kettle very thoroughly three times.
