Unplug the machine, remove the fixing screws of the die holder, insert the new dies respecting the cutting direction, then tighten the screws. Refer to the manual for tightening torques.

What to do if the motor does not start?

First check the power supply (230 V). If the thermal protection has tripped, wait for the motor to cool before resetting. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.

How to maintain the machine?

Clean chips after each use, check the oil level of the lubrication pump and replace the oil every 6 months. Grease moving parts regularly.

Which oil to use for lubrication?

Use a special cutting oil for threading, viscosity ISO VG 68. Do not use engine oil.

Yes, a red emergency stop button is located on the front panel. Press it if needed; to reset, turn it clockwise.
