I. General precautions during the use of electrical equipment

• This Device is not a toy
- Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
- Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
- This product is intended only for household use, for a lint removing on fabric and fabric furniture only.
- This device is not intended for a commercial use. Misuse or improper handling may cause problems in the appliance and cause injury to the user. No liability is accepted for damages arising from improper use or wrong handling.

Restrictions on use to avoid personal injury

  • Do not let the appliance operate unattended.
  • Do not place or operate this appliance near water sources.
  • Do not place or operate the appliance on or near hot surfaces (e.g., stove plates) or open flames.
  • Never use accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • The use of accessories not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.

  • o avoid electric shock, make sure your hands are dry before plugging or unplugging.
  • Do not use the device with wet hands.
  • Never immerse the appliance or the plug-in water or any other liquid. In the event of the appliance falling in water, take it to an authorized service agent for repair before reusing.
  • In case of appliance malfunction, or if it has been damaged in any manner, return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustments.

Restrictions on use when used with children and elders

  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
    • Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand.
  • Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.

Instructions to follow while using the device

  • The device must not be used as an electric shaver to remove facial hair or an epilator.
  • Do not use the device on a very delicate fabric such as silk, wool or any other uneven surface's fabric.
  • NOTICE: You might damage the fabric, if you pressed a device too much against them.
  • Do not use the device on the clothes you are currently wearing. You might hurt yourself or damage the device.

  • Before using this device, straight the fabric first.

  • NOTICE: Lint blades are very sharp. Never touch the blades when the device is switch on. Take special care of your fingers when assembling, disassembling or cleaning this device.
    • Take special care when taking out the blades.
  • You must not use the device without completely fully-assembled parts, especially blade guards.
  • Do not bend or deform the perforated steel protective blades cover.
  • Be careful when opening a lint container, avoid not to damage it.
  • Do not clean the device using an abrasive cleaning agent.
  • Do not immerse a device in water or any other liquids, when cleaning or operating. Keep away from running water.
  • The device and connected adapter must not be used in places, where there is a possibility of falling into bath, sink or swimming pool. If something like this happens, and device fell into water, do not reach it! Unplug it first and then catch from the water.
  • Device has to be storage in dry place, away from children.
  • WARNING! Maintain this device in a dry condition. Protect against entry water and other liquid.
  • Device does not have its own charging source. It is designed for USB charger only (adapter with USB output, 5,0 output voltage and output current at least 0,1-1A). Please follow the producer instruction manual of right power source before making any connection.
    • Always charge the device by supplied USB cable.
  • Do not operate the device with a damaged power cable or USB, or after that device malfunctions, fallen down or has been damaged in any manner. In this case, device has to service by a qualified person, to check its safety and proper operation.
    • Always plug off the USB cable, after charging.
  • Never operate the charging cable with a wet or damp

- To avoid tripping over, place the USB cable in safe manner.

- Do not bend the USB cable or twist around the device.

- The device contains a battery. Do not dispose them into fire, as there is a risk of explosion!

- Do not charge the battery, if you notice any electrolyte's leak.

- Do not expose the battery to temperature exceeding 50°C, as this prevents against battery damaged.

- Whilst charging, the battery may be warm. This is a normal state.

- In case of battery leak, do not remove liquid by a bare hand. Do not allow the liquid to come into contact with the skin, eyes or mucous membrane. Use an ordinary home glove. Electrolyte leakage may be caused by overloading or using at very hot environment. Wipe the liquid from the battery by a damp cloth.

- However, when skin has come into contact with a battery liquid, it should be immediately washed by a soap and water and consult your doctor if necessary.

- Do not use a power supply or power source with a voltage higher than 5V when charging, as this may damage the device.

- Stop using the device, if any plastic or steel part shows cracks or deformation. Damaged parts should only be replaced with a proper spare part.

- Lint remover was lubricated, during production process. Additional lubrication is not required.

- NOTE: Additional lubrication of motor and other parts may damage them.

- Do not repair or rework the device yourself. All repairs should be carried out by an authorised service. Otherwise, it may void the warranty.

- WARNING: Do not use the device in the bath, shower, or near the washbasin or other containers that contain water or liquids.

5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Unpack the product and keep safe all packaging, including user manual, warranty card and receipt.
  2. Read carefully the manual instruction before first use.
  3. Take the product out of the package and store it in a safe place. Plastic wrapping can lead to a suffocation risk for babies and young children, so make sure all package is out of theirs reach.
  4. Before each use, check visually if the product is not damaged or worn out. Do not use the device if any parts are damaged.

CHARGING

  1. Fully charge the product before first use and when the battery level is low.
  2. When battery level is low, linting performances is getting down. When indicator light (9) blinks red, means battery is running out and device is turning off. If you press the indicator light (9), device won't work, and backlight continuous blinking red, indicating lack of power.
  3. Make sure the device is unplugged, before charging.
    NOTE : The device cannot be used while charging.
  4. Plug tip of USB cable micro USB [2] to charging port and tip USB 2.0 [1] to USB socket of compatible power other USB source e.g. computer or USB charging adaptor in order to charge the device.

  1. Do not use a power supply or other source with a voltage higher then 5V (0,1-1 A), as this damage the device.
  2. Do not disconnect USB cable, when charging!
  3. 8 hours are required to fully charged the battery.

NOTE:

  • Indicator light (9) goes green when it is fully charged.
  • Indicator light (9) blinks red, while charging.
  • Battery lifetime may be extended, if you charge it, after completely discharged.
    • After prolonged use in a hot environment, the battery may be too hot to charge. Wait a few moments to cool down the battery, then charge it.
  • When charging completes, remove USB cable from charging port (7) and USB power source.
  • Indicator light (9) blinks green when the device is working.
  • The running time of fully charged device is around 45 minutes. It depends on the battery status, ambient temperature, charging method etc.

HOW TO USE

  1. Make sure the processed material is not too thin or delicate e.g silk fabrics. NOTE: If you are not sure whether fabric is suitable for this device, first test it on an invisible place (e.g. inside).

  2. Place clothes on a flat, even surface, preferably on an ironing board or a pad.

  3. Attach plastic protective cover (1) for delicate, thin fabric and high pile e.g. angora.

  4. Take off the plastic protective cover (1) and use it for a normal low pile.

  1. Set a handle (8) in a comfortable position. Handle can be rotated to 180^ , to operate easily.

  2. Turn on the device by pressing switch (9). Indicator light blinks green when operated.

  1. Smooth the fabric's wrinkles and move over the surface, do not press too hard.

  2. Slide the device over circle movement (right and left if necessary) on each piece of fabric, until fluffs are removed. For a resistant one, move the device along the pattern vertically and horizontally. For the thin clothes, two fold clothes layers is required.

Warning: Never use a device without a perforated steel protective blade cover (2)

  1. Special attention should be carried when removing the following parts of clothes: around buttons and zippers, protruding parts of joints, seams, glued object and delicate parts.

  2. When work is complete, tun off the device by pressing switch (9).

  3. Re-attach plastic protective cover (1).

When the lint container (5) is about 80% full, empty it and clean the inner blades.

Do not immerse the device in a water or any liquid during cleaning or operation. Never keep under running water.

NOTE: Blades are very sharp.

NOTE: Make sure the device is off.

NOTE: Do not use a steam cleaner.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Clean the housing by a soft, damp cloth, then wipe dry.
  2. Do not use an abrasive, harsh cleaning agent, metal brushes or sharp cleaning utensils such as: knife, scrap-ppers and similar as this may damage the housing.

Lint container and blades cleaning

Blades are very sharp. You must not touch the blades when device is on. Take special attention to your fingers when assembling, dissembling or cleaning the device. Wear protective gloves to protect against injury. Blades are to be cleaned at regular intervals or when removing performance decrease.

  1. Twist lint container (2) in counter clockwise direction – pic. 1.

  2. Empty lint container (5) – pic. 2.

  3. Unscrew perforated steel protective blades cover (3) in counter clockwise direction and lift it up – pic. 4. Hold the device in your hand and carefully grab the base (4), where blades are fitted and lift it up – pic .4

Warning: Do not directly touch the blades.

  1. Clean the blades with a base (4) using included cleaning brush (7). Remove lint and other residues from the perforated steel protective blades cover (3) and from lint container (5) – pic. 5.
  2. After cleaning, carefully apply the base (4), where blades are fitted on a spindle and gently press.
  3. Screw perforated steel protective blades cover (3) clockwise.
  4. Re-attach plastic protective cover (1) on the product.

Storage

  1. Device must be storage in a dry place away from children's reach.
  2. All parts must be completely dry, before storage.
  3. Protect the device against direct sunlight.
  4. Protect against the entry of water and other liquids.
  5. Never store a device in place where possibly fell into bath or sink.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTION
