This is the original instruction. Please read all manual instructions carefully before operating. VEVOR reserves a clear interpretation of the user manual. The appearance of the product shall be subject to the product you received. Please forgive us that we won't inform you if there are any technology or software updates on our product.

Warning:
For your safety and to prevent injury, please read very carefully the following warnings and operating instructions:
- This is just a lift drive, which is designed to be used with cranes for heavier loads. Do not use this product for any purpose other than for which it was intended.
- This is a lifting device only, designed to be used with lift heavier loads. Do not overload; overloading may cause damage or failure of the unit. Do not use this product for any purpose other than that for which it was intended.
- Load must be supported immediately by other appropriate means. Never work on, under, or around load until it is properly supported on appropriately rated jack stands.
- Do not drop load suddenly, as resulting shock to unit may cause damage. Unit must be fully retracted before adding oil. Fill to lower of filling hole. Use only high quality hydraulic fluid. Do not use brake fluid or any other type of improper fluids that may cause damage to unit.
● All mounting hardware must be tight before using.
- Read, study, understand, and follow all instructions before use or maintenance.
- It is owner's responsibility to keep labels and manuals are available from the manufacturer. Failure to heed these and all other warnings pertaining to this product can result in sudden loss of lifted load resulting in death, personal injury, or property damage.
Caution:
Use the handle provided for this product or an authorized replacement handle to ensure proper release valve operation.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Before operating, estimate the weight of the load. Do not overload the jack beyond its rated load.
- Select point of action according to the gravitational center. Place the jack on hard ground. If necessary, place a hard plank under the jack to avoid tottering or falling during operation.
- Before operating the jack, first, insert the notched end of the handle into the release valve. Turn the operating handle clockwise until release valve is closed. Do not over tighten the valve.
- Insert the operating handle into the socket and steadily raise and lower the handle. The ram will rise, and the load will be lifted. The ram will stop rising when the required height is reached.
- Lower the ram by turning the release valve. Using the notched end, turn it counter-clockwise and slacken it slowly when a load is applied, or accidents can occur.
- When more than one jack is used at the same time, it is important to operate the different jacks at an equal speed with equal load. Otherwise, there is a danger of the entire structure falling.
- At an ambient temperature from 27°F to 113°F, use machine oil (G8443-84) N15. At an ambient temperature from 4°F to 27°F, use synthetic spindle oil (GB442-64). Sufficient filtered hydraulic oil should be maintained in the jacks. Otherwise, the rated height cannot be reached.
- Violent shocks must be avoided during operation.
9. The user must operate the jack correctly according to the operating instructions. If the jack has some quality problems, it cannot be operated.
To raise:
- Using the slotted opening at the end of the handle, turn the release valve clockwise to tighten it.
- Put the handle in the pressing handle holder and press up and down. The piston rod will rise slowly till the height you need. Then immediately tra
the load to appropriately-rated support devices such as jack stands.
To lower:
Remove the pressing handle. Using the slotted opening at the end of the handle, turn the release valve slightly counterclockwise to loosen it. Then the piston rod will move down slowly. When loaded, the release should not be turned quickly, otherwise too speedy lowering will lead to danger.

Warning:
Be sure all tools and personnel are clear before lowering load. Danger: dynamic shock loads are created by quickly opening and closing the release valve as the load is being lowered. The resulting overload may cause hydraulic system failure, which could cause severe personal injury and/or property damage.
FOR SAFETY'S SAKE
Lifting weight should not exceed the specified duty of this jack.
Without a supporting rack, it is not allowed to work under the lifted heavy load after it is raised.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Proper quantity of oil should be maintained, otherwise the specified lift height would not be reached.
To avoid damaging, the jack should be kept from shocking while in operation.
The jack is not allowed to stand on one side or upside down.
This product is not suitable for the operation environment full of acid or alkaline corrosive air.
Adding oil
- With saddle fully lowered and pump piston fully depressed, set jack upright, level position. Remove oil filler plug.
- Fill until oil is level with the filler plug hole, reinstall oil filler plug.

Oil (G8443-84)N15
Changing oil
For best performance and longest life, replace the complete fluid supply at once per year.
- With saddle fully lowered and pump piston fully depressed, remove the oil plug.
- Lay the jack on its side and drain the fluid into a suitable container.
Note: Dispose of hydraulic fluid in accordance with local regulations.
- Fill with good quality jack oil. Reinstall oil filler plug.

Lubrication
- A coating of light lubricating oil to pivot points, axles, and hinges will prevent rust and assure that wheels, casters, and pump assemblies move freely.
- Periodically check the pump piston and ram for signs of rust or corrosion. Clean as needed and wipe with an oily cloth.
Caution: Never use sandpaper or abrasive material on these surfaces.
- When not in use, store the jack with pump piston and ram fully retracted.
