How to connect the diffuser to the mobile app?

Download the Scent Marketing app from Google Play or App Store. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and location. Open the app, select the Bluetooth version, then search for the device. The default password is 8888.

What does the Bluetooth indicator on the diffuser mean?

The Bluetooth indicator flashes when the device is searching for a signal, stays steady when connected, and is off when disconnected.

How to set the timer schedule?

In the app, go to Timer Switch to add work periods. You can set the start and end time, repeat days, and choose the concentration level (grade).

What to do if the diffuser does not diffuse?

Check that the selected mode is correct and that the machine is not in a non-work period. If the problem persists, check if the air pump is damaged or if the tube is loose.

How to clean the diffuser?

Fill a clean bottle with industrial alcohol, install it on the machine and run it for 5 to 10 minutes. This cleans the atomizer core.

How to change essential oil?

Remove the bottle by unlocking the key, clean the machine with industrial alcohol as described in the manual, then install the new bottle.

What is the oil consumption of the diffuser?

Consumption varies by grade: from 0.04 g/h (grade 1) to 0.35 g/h (grade 10). A 100 ml bottle can diffuse 6,300 to 6,700 times under normal conditions.

Can I use a fast charger to power the diffuser?

No, do not use a fast charger. Use a standard USB source 5V/0.3A maximum.

How to mount the diffuser on the wall?

Drill three screws into the wall and hang the machine. You can also use the provided 3M adhesive, but only on clean, flat surfaces, and it is recommended to reinforce with putty.

What to do in case of oil overflow?

Check if the bottle is tightly closed and if the gasket of the atomizer head is damaged. Ensure the machine is kept upright. If the problem persists, replace the atomizer head.

AMEND PASSWORD

If you forget the password, please press the reset button to restore the factory setting. The factory settings password is 8888.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

1. Insert the key and the mating part, twirl to "unlock" and then pull them out. Press the fixed button on the top and push forward.
2. Tightly connect the atomizer head and the fragrance bottle, and install them to the machine
3. Choose "Power mode" or "Battery mode", plug in or insert the battery. (Please wait about 4 minutes to let machine charged on the first time connect with power.)
4. Insert the key to the mating parts, then insert them to the keyhole, twirl to "lock" for locking.

Note: 3M adhesive should only be applied to clean, flat tiles or wooden boards. It is important to secure the adhesive edge with sealant on the wall, since 3M adhesive has poor fixation performance, which may result in the machine falling down if mounted only with 3M adhesive.

Note:

1. 100ml oils can diffuse 6300-6700 times under normal circumstances;
2. All of the above grade atomization work time is 3 seconds;
3. Different grade and oil may with different consumption.

1. Please keep the machine vertical, Tilt or lie flatly may cause oil overflow, The machine efficiency may be affected.
2. Shall not modify, disassemble or repair the machine. If any failure happens to the machine, please contact our technical personnel.
3. Do NOT use quick charger for device.
4. When the machine is first used or hasn't been used for more than 7 days, the controlling board is out of power. Please insert the batteries/plug in and wait for 4 minutes, the machine will be back on auto maticlly.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Before asking to have the machine repaired, please try to diagnose the problem first following to bellow instructions.

Breakdown Solution
Does not diffuse	- Check whether the mode you choose is correct or not.- Check if the machine is during "Non-Working period"- Air pump may be damaged, change a new one.- Check whether the tube is loose or not
Low diffuse	- The atomizing core is blocked, clean by alcohol or change a new component.- Check whether the gasket is damage/loose or not.- Check whether the tube is loose or not
Oil spill	- Check whether the bottle is loose or not- The gasket in the atomized head is damaged or loose.
Oil sprinkle	- The atomized head is damaged, change a new one- The machine is tilled or lie down, keep the machine vertical.
Abnormal noise -The air pump is loose, retighten the pump-The air pump is damaged, change a new one.

The machine needs to be cleaned when below situations happen:

1. You 're about to change to another essential oil;
2. The atomization volume becomes weak.

Cleaning steps:

1. Find a clean bottle and fill it with industrial alcohol;
2. Install this bottle to the machine and turn the machine on. Let it work for 5-10 minutes;
3. Turn off the electric, finish the cleaning.
