How to adjust the cutting depth?

Use the M12 handles located on the entry side to tighten or loosen the pressure. Tighter increases cutting depth.

What to do if the cuts are too deep?

Check the M12 handle adjustment, ensure cables are properly positioned when feeding, and that blades are sharp. If necessary, polish them with an oilstone.

Plastic strips but copper doesn't come out, why?

This may be due to loose springs (tighten them), excessive gap between shafts (adjust to 0.3-0.6 mm), or cables being too hot. Also lubricate the upper shaft with oil.

Cables get stuck in the rollers, how to fix?

Loosen the pressure wheel springs if they are too tight. If cables are greasy, wipe them before feeding.

How to center the blades?

Check that the central adjustment device is not loose. Adjust the centering screws on both sides to align the blades with the cable.

What types of cables can be stripped?

INSTRUCTIONS

Wire Stripping range: Φ1.5mm ~ 38mm

This machine is easy to operate and convenient to carry, can process single core copper wire, twin cores copper wire.

Please note that there will be a little bit of errors in actual use.

1. Compare the diameters of the cables/wires with the feeding holes on the machine, and feed the cables/wires one at a time. Before feeding, cut off the head of the cables/wires to avoid gaps caused to the blades.
2. On the output side, if the cuts on the cables/wires are too deep, please check the following points:

(1) Adjust the handles on the input side, screw down or loosen (M12 handles). ② Check whether the cables/wires are in the correct position as you feed them. ③ Make sure the blades are sharp; if not, polish them with the oil stone.

1. On the output side, if the plastic (PVC) has been stripped but the copper wires cannot be discharged, please check the following 4 points:

① Polish the axis of the upside with the oil stone. ② Check whether the springs are loose; if so, screw them down to tighten. ③ The diameter of the cables/wires is too small; please adjust the gap between the two axes to 0.3-0.6mm. (4) If the cables/wires you want to strip are hot, they also cannot be

stripped out.

4. If the cables/wires are blocked in the axes, please check the following points:

① If the springs on the press wheels are too tight, loosen them. ② If there is too much oil on the cables/wires, wipe it off.

5. If the blades appear tilted:

① Check whether the center adjuster is loose. ② Perform centering adjustment and adjust the screws on both sides of it.

Make sure the diameters of the cables/wires are similar to the feeding holes: large cables/wires in large feeding holes, small cables/wires in small feeding holes, and flat cables/wires in flat feeding holes.
