Cautions:

According to ANSI requirements, the eyewash needs to be checked weekly. The inspection points are as follows:

A. If the water flow is no problem.

B. If the hose which connect the bucket and supports is OK. If there damage on the hose surface, please stop to use and change the hose immediately.

C. If the water in the bucket is enough.

D. If there any unwanted materials get in the bucket

E. The eyewash needs to be cleaned regularly within 90 days, and please change the eve lotion at the same time.

INSTRUCTIONS

Applying to accident rescue and rapid flushing for hazardous substance on human body. Portable eye wash device realizes emergency treatment by spraying lots of water quickly and then alleviating injury, which is economical and feasible decontamination method. User should read this Manual before operating the product.

1. Technical Parameters

a. Water flow of eyewash device: Continuous rinsing at natural flow rate 15 minutes.

2. Applicable Environment

a. Place with splashing hazardous substances, such as chemical equipment, hazardous equipment and hazardous liquid and solid.

b. Polluted environment

c. Place where burning may occur

d. Pay attention to pipeline anti-freezing in cold regions.

3. Installation Condition

a. Working position should be in at least three directions with radius s of effective rescue for 10 or 5 m. The position should be attached v visible sign and no barrier should be in the surrounding, so as to op the product rapidly.

b. Installed in the place near to hazardous place.

c.There should not be electrical switch within 1.5 m radius scope of composite eyewash device, so as to avoid electrical short circuit.

d. Water source of eyewash device should be clean tap water or water filtered with suitable filter medium.

e. The installation location of the eye washer must be clearly and conspicuously marked and must be adequately illuminated. Installation f. Mounting bracket, eye washer should be kept in horizontal position.

THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1# Pendant 1334~1613mm

1. Drill 2*12mm holes in the predetermined position, the distance between the hole of the pendant and the ground installation is 1334-1613mm.
2. Then use expansion screws to fix 1# pendant to the wall. Ensure the pendant is firm.

864-1143mm

Fix the 8-gallon eyewash reliably on the pendant and pallet, check the height of the eyewash nozzle between 864-1143mm, add eyewash liquid and then the nozzle can effectively flush the eyes for 15 minutes unnatural flow rate.

1. Drill 2*12mm holes in the predetermined position, the distance between the hole of the pendant and the ground installation is 1234-1513MM.A the distance between the hole of the pendant and the pallet is 525M 2. Then use expansion screws to fix 1# pendant and 2# pallet to the wall. Ensure that the pendant and the pallet are firm.

Fix the 14-gallon eyewash reliably on the pendant and pallet, check the height of the eyewash nozzle between 864-1143mm, add eyewash liquid and then the nozzle can effectively flush the eyes for 15 minutes unnatural flow rate.

USING METHOD

1. When using down eye support, wash the eye drops out automaticall
2. When washing the eye drops out, put the injured his left hand on next to the nozzle, put the right hand right next to the nozzle.
3. Then the injured shall be the head in hand oriented device.
4. Eyes when flushing, with both hands thumb and index finger open thoroughly wash, rinse eyes until you run out wash eye drops.
5. After washing, seek immediate medical treatment.

   2.Open the eyelids and wash the eyeballs with water flow
2. Seek medical attention immediately
