How to assemble the Vevor VV49 cart?

Follow the steps in the manual: start by fixing the lower frame with the round tube facing up, install the lower tubes according to the table size, then mount the casters on the left and right caster frames. Distinguish the rear vertical upright from the center one, install the chair suspension bar, then the top rails. Use the provided tools: fork wrench, hexagon socket wrench, and Allen key. Tighten all screws to the recommended torque.

What is the maximum load capacity of the VV49 cart?

The maximum load capacity is 181 kg. This load applies only when the cart is properly assembled and used on a flat, hard surface. Never exceed this limit.

What safety precautions should be taken?

Always wear safety glasses and work gloves during assembly. Use the cart only on a flat, level, and hard surface. Do not sit or stand on the product. Inspect parts before each use and do not use if screws are loose. Beware of dynamic loads: sudden movement can create temporary overload.

How to maintain the cart?

7. The weight of the plate is heavy; pay attention to the installation to avoid injury, and if necessary, find someone to assist with the installation.

5. Do not exceed the listed weight capacity. Tighten all knobs securely before applying load. Be aware of dynamic loading! The sudden load movement may briefly create an excess load, causing product failure.
6. When the heavy load is moving for a long time, it is necessary to check whether the screw is loose to avoid the body shaking when moving.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1:

Note: The bottom frame(c) should have the round tube on both ends with the flat face facing up.

STEP 2:

Note: There are four locations for the Bottom tube(d). Choose the correct position according to the size of the table.

STEP 3:

After Step 2, it should look like this.

Now turn this assembly upside down, then install the locking caster(w) to the caster frame left(a) and caster frame right(b) with Hex screw(T0)

Turn this assembly upside down after the casters are installed.

STEP 4:

Note: Distinguish the Rear upright post (f) and Center upright post (g).

STEP 5:

Install the chair hanger bar (g) to the center upright pole (g) with screw (T2) and nut on each side.

Note: Install the chair hanger bar (g) first before moving to the next step.

STEP 6:

Install the top rails (e) to the upright poles (g & f) with screw (T1) and nut.

STEP 7:

STEP 8:

Remove the chair hanger bar (h), and install the center upright post (g) to the outer bottom frame tube; the cart can be used for moving tables & boxes.

Cleaning

For cleaning, wipe the surface with a damp (not wet) cloth or wipe dry with a clean lint-free cotton cloth.
