Thoroughly read the assembly and operating instructions prior to assembly and follow the individual steps as described in the assembly instructions.

Risk of injury!

• WARNING! Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 175 lbs load! Injuries or product damages may result.
• WARNING! Only set up the kayak storage rack on solid and even surfaces to prevent the product from tipping.
• WARNING! Do not sit persons on the kayak storage rack. Risk of injury.
• CAUTION ! Unconventional or even improper use may put persons at risk or result in damage to the kayak storage rack.
• Suggest! Installation and disassembly by two people is safer and easier.
• Routinely inspect all parts on the kayak storage rack. Tighten loose screws and replace defect parts to avoid product damage.
  • Always ensure the all screws are tightened securely.
• For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Accessories package of this manual. Unwrap and separate all parts in a clean work area.
• This product contains small parts. If swallowed, it will pose a choking hazard. Keep these sn away from children when assembling!

Caution! Crushing hazard!

When folding and unfolding the kayak storage rack, take care not to pinch your fingers.

• Position the kayak storage rack to leave sufficient space to move around. Avoid property damage!
• When securing frames be careful to prevent damaging the frame.
• The guide and securing components must be kept free from oil and grease.

Installation Introduction

STEP1:

M8*20mm Screw

Install the bottom caster bar with a wrench, proper place the lower p vertically on the bottom caster bar, using the hex wrench to tighten 1 bolts.

STEP2:

M8*65mm Carriage Screw

Secure the legs with the knobs as shown.

STEP3:

Repeat the above steps to install the 2 legs, then the crossbar is at and secured with knobs. When installing, take care to align the rods both ends.

STEP4:

M8*65mm Carriage Screw

Insert the upper post into the lower post and fix.

STEP5:

M8* 75mm Carriage Screw

Connect the arm to the both bracket with the carriage bolt and tighten bolt with the knob.

STEP6:

Repeat the above steps to complete the installation.
