INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the lower frame and the middle frame on the floor with the bottom facing down (top padding facing upwards).

1. Assemble and lock the upper frame with bolts and nuts to the assembly step 1, as shown in the figure.

1. Put the wheel into the round hole of the pipe as shown, and then put the washer into the tube nuts, and then screw it with the hex key.
