Safety & Warning

• Read and understand this entire manual before assembling, installing operating, or servicing this product. Failure to follow these warnings and instructions can cause death, personal injury or damage to valuable property.
• Please release tire air pressure before using this tire changer.
  ● Always wear ANSI-approved safety goggles, steel-toed boots and protective gloves while operating the tire changer.
• Before and after each use, check to make sure that all hardware tightly secured. Regularly inspect for damage. If fraying or distortio is found, immediately discontinue use.
• Use common sense when working. Stay alert and concentrate when setting up and using the tire bead breaker. Never work while und influence of alcohol, drugs or medications.
• While assembling and using the tire bead breaker, keep the work clean and well-lighted. Keep spectators and children out of the wo area.
• Dress appropriately. Never wear loose-fitting clothing or jewelry when working. Contain long hair, and keep hair, clothing and gloves aw from moving parts.

OPERATION.

A. Remove the tire

1. Apply a lubricant to the junction of the wheel hub and t

1. Insert demounting rod(3) between tire and hub.

1. Use the demounting rod(3) to reverse pry up the tire until upper edge of the tire comes out of the hub.

1. Insert the demounting rod(3) between the hub and the ot side of the tire.

1. Use the demounting rod(3) to reverse pry up the lower edge of the tire until the upper edge of the tire comes out of the tire.

B. Tire assembly

1. Insert the bead keeper(2)between the hub and the tire.

1. Use the mounting rod(1) to pry the top edge of the tire the hub until the entire tire is in the hub.
