ASSEMBLY PRECAUTIONS

1. Assembly needs to follow these instructions. Improper assembly can cause personal injury and/or property damage.
2. Do not assemble when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
3. Weight capacity and other product capabilities only apply to a correctly assembled product.
4. Do not overload the cart. See specifications for load capacity (distribute evenly).
5. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
6. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
7. The weight of the plate is heavy; pay attention to the installation to avoid hurting yourself, and if necessary, find someone to assist with the installation.

USE PRECAUTIONS

WARNING: TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY AND DEATH FROM TIPPING:

1. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or around this item.
2. Use as intended only. Do not sit or stand on the product.
3. Inspect before every use. Do not use it if parts are loose or damaged.
4. Use on flat, level, and hard surfaces only.
5. Do not exceed the listed weight capacity. Tighten all knobs securely before applying load. Be aware of dynamic loading! The sudden load movement may briefly create an excess load, causing product failure.
6. When the heavy load is moving for a long time, it is necessary to check whether the screws are loose to avoid the body shaking when moving.

ASSEMBLY NOTES

• Use a soft rubber mallet to assemble pressure-fit interlocking components. This may require significant force.
• Orient the TOP SHELF and BOTTOM SHELF so that the shorter-lipped edges are on the same side of the Cart.
• Place ASSEMBLY CAP on top of VERTICAL POSTS and SHELF corners before striking with a mallet to avoid damage.
• Alternate between posts when striking with a mallet to seat all components evenly. This will ensure product integrity and secure fit between parts.
• Snug HANDLES by alternating from side to side of each handle until fully seated in position.
• Position CASTERS with Brakes in corners of the Cart with the easiest access to the foot-activated Brakes.

Tools required: Cross-point screwdriver and rubber or wood mallet. Use the mallet to tap down the parts to ensure they are seated properly before fastening them with screws.

1. Identify the Ⓓ(BOTTOM SHELF) by Caster Port feature and place this side on floor or work surface.

1. Insert 4 VERTICAL POSTS into BOTTOM SHELF Attachment Points by hand. Place ASSEMBLY CAP over each POST before striking with a mallet and rotate from POST to POST until each is fully seated.

1. Place TOP SHELF squarely on VERTICAL POSTS, lining up Attachment Points by hand. Place ASSEMBLY CAP over TOP SHELF corners before striking with mallet, alternating from corner to corner until TOP SHELF is fully seated.
2. Place HANDLES over HANDLE Attachment Points with grips facing outward away from the Cart center. Place ASSEMBLY CAP over HANDLE corners before striking with mallet and rotate from side to side of each HANDLE until fully seated.

5. Carefully lay the Cart on its side for CASTER installation. Place the CASTERS into Caster Ports and strike with a mallet to fully seat into place. 6. Return the Cart to an upright position and begin using this versatile and useful product.
