Thank you for using this product. In order to make sure that you can operate machine correctly, read this instruction carefully before operation and keep it properly for future reference. Please read the precautions and safety rules on page to ensure your safe use. This manual will outline safety warnings and precautions, operating, maintenance and cleaning. The warnings and instructions reviewed in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. Caution and common sense are not built into this product, since believe that the uses will comply with these codes. Before starting a training program or engaging in strenuous endurance activity on the device, please call a doctor.

1. Do not let children and minors and pet get close to or touch the product leave it unattended while in use.

15. Please take warm-up exercise before using the equipment. Be aware of physical ability and condition. Do not overuse.
16. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface. The feet end caps on the stepper is anti-skid, won't have damage to the floor. But you can also place stepper over a mat if you want.
17. Before exercise, please carefully examine the equipment make sure it is good condition. If any defect, adjust and repair it before use. Ensure to wear proper outfit while using this equipment to avoid any possible dangerous circumstances.
18. After 20 minutes exercise, the hydraulic cylinder will become hot. Don't to the hydraulic cylinder.

19. Please put your heels on the pedal. Don't jump during exercise.

METER FUNCTION AND USAGE

• COUNT: Shows the total number of steps you completed during your workout
• TIME: Shows the length of time you have exercised during your workout.(0-99.59S)
• CALORIES—Shows the approximate number of calories you have burned during your workout.
• STEP/MIN: Shows your stepping speed, in strides per minute.
• SCAN: Displays the TIME, CALORIES, and STEP/MIN modes in a repeating cycle, showing each mode for approximately five seconds.
• BUTTON: Press and hold this button, all data will reset to zero. Shortly press button, this display will switch in

sequence;TIME,CALORIE,COUNT,REPS/MIN,SCAN

• Switch off: The data will continue from where last workout ended. The met switch off automatically if no movement in two minutes.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Before using the appliance for the first time, peel off any promotional and packaging materials and check that the product is clean and dust-free. Please dispose of all plastic bags carefully and keep them away from children and Attention: Before use, the product's feet must be leveled and the product must be placed on a level surface.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

1. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Never use an abrasive cleanser or harsh pad sure to keep the product dry

INSTALLING / REPLACING BATTERIES

1.When changing the battery,pull out the display panel and then put in the r battery.
2. Then put the display panel back into the original position and make sure to display panel is completely set down in position.
