READ FIRST: Thoroughly review all instructions before operation. Keep this manual accessible near the workstation.

POWER REQUIREMENTS:

√ Always use grounded current sources.
√ Verify proper grounding by a licensed electrician if uncertain.
√ Never operate with damaged power cords.

OPERATING ENVIRONMENT:

√ Keep unit indoors away from direct sunlight.
√ Maintain 12-inch clearance from heat sources.
√ Allow 3-hour cooldown after continuous operation.

CLEANING PROCEDURE:

Disconnect power before cleaning.

Wipe surfaces with damp microfiber cloth only.

NEVER use chemical cleaners or allow moisture ingress.

CHEMICAL WARNING:

Acid/alkali materials may corrode heating elements.

Always keep the heat dissipation hole open during melting.

USER MAINTENANCE PROHIBITION:

✗ Do not disassemble any internal components.
✗ Unauthorized repairs void warranty.

1.2 MELTING FURNACE SAFETY PROTOCOLS

WARNING: Failure to comply may cause severe burns or fire hazards.

MANUAL ACCESSIBILITY:

√ Keep this manual within arm's reach of the workstation
√ Train all operators using OSHA 1910.147 standards

WORK AREA REQUIREMENTS:

√ Maintain continuous ventilation (min. 4 air changes/hour).
√ Keep emergency exits clear of obstructions.

FIRE PREVENTION:

√ Keep ABC-type fire extinguisher visible and accessible.
√ NO combustible materials within 36 inches.

PERSONAL PROTECTION:

√ Wear ASTM F2675-certified gloves at all times.

OPERATIONAL SAFETY:

√ Never leave unattended during operation.
√ Fill crucible ≤80% capacity to prevent overflow.

MATERIAL HANDLING:

√ Add solid materials slowly to avoid splatter.

1.3 MELTING FURNACE OPERATIONAL SAFETY

CRITICAL WARNINGS

OPERATION DURATION

√ MUST cease operation after 2 hours of continuous use.
√ Allow minimum 30-minute cooldown before restarting.

TEMPERATURE LIMITS

NEVER exceed 1150°C (2102°F) maximum rated temperature.

√ Verify with calibrated thermocouple during operation.

RECYCLED METAL PROCESSING

√ Acidic/alkaline residues in recycled precious metals cause heating element corrosion
√ Mandatory ventilation protocol:

Fully open the hole on the top of chamber cover during melting.

Maintain minimum 4 air changes/hour workspace ventilation.

1. Heat display symbol
2. Show the actual temperature in the furnace
3. Display the set temperature
4. Heat preservation display symbol
5. U button to set the temperature (After pressing the button, the set temperature will blink.)
6. Add temperature (Display setting temperature flicker to add temperature
7. Reduce temperature (Display setting temperature flicker to reduce temperature.)
8. Start heating/Confirm setting temperature

Procedure:

1. The temperature on the display is the actual temperature inside the furnace.
2. Press the key U, the temperature number under the display will fl. When flashing, it means the temperature can be set.
3. Press the key to adjust the required temperature Short press the number will progressively increase by 1 degree, long press the number will speedily increase Short press the number will progressively decrease by 1 degree, long press the number will speedily decrease.
4. Press the key P to confirm the setting temperature.
5. Upside the display, the symbol = means heating and insulation.Upside the display, the symbol= flashing means increasing the temperature. Below the display, the symbol flashing means the holding temperature

MELTING PROCEDURE

1. Put the metal to be melted into the crucible.

1. Internal heating wire diagram, please do not fall into the metal material. It will cause the heating wire to burn.

1. Put the crucible into the machine before starting.

NOTE: Periodically check the intactness of the crucible, to avoid damage to the heating coil!

1. Press U to set the temperature. The number below blinks. Press adjust the temperature. Press P to confirm.

1. Press the P key and the “” blink for the start of heating.

1. “=” blinking in the lower right corner indicates heat preservation.

IMPORTANT: The crucible is only adapted to melt gold, Silver, copper and noble metals!

Please consider that the crucible shouldn't be completely filled to reach optimal result. If you overfill the crucible, the device won't be able to produce the heat needed to let the metal melt. Moreover, the melting process often produces vapors. If you overfill the crucible, it can lead over pressure and the use of the device gets dangerous for the use latest by opening the cover.

Please buy an adapted crucible to melt other metals. Always inform yourself about the production of vapors during the melting process to check the compatibility of the device with your intentions.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION

Display error codes to determine machine problems.

• ERR1: The temperature measuring circuit on the board is broken.
• ERR2: The thermocouple is broken or not connected.
• ERR3: Thermocouple temperature measurement is out of range.
• ERR4: The temperature sensing element on the board is broken or fa
• ERR5:The fan is broken or falls off.

- ERR6:The temperature control element is high.

NOTE:

1. Metal material falling into the heating wire cylinder short circuit, in work of the crucible broken metal flow heating wire cylinder burned o This you need to buy a replacement heating wire cylinder.

2. After pressing the P key, the upper right corner flashes on the bed of heating, and it can be judged that the heating wire is burned off heated within one minute.
