No, this chain sling is not approved for overhead lifting. It is designed for ground lifting only.

How should I check the condition of the sling before each use?

Visually inspect the chain for any deformation, crack, corrosion or widening of the hook opening. Ensure the links are not twisted.

What to do if the chain is knotted or twisted?

Never knot the chain. If knots appear, gently straighten it before use. A twisted chain reduces load capacity.

What lifting angle is safe?

An angle greater than 40° allows maximum load. Between 20° and 40°, capacity is halved. Below 20°, lifting is prohibited.

How to maintain the sling after use?

Clean it with a dry cloth, dry it completely and store it in a dry and ventilated place to prevent rust.

Can I repair a damaged sling myself?

No, any repair must be done by a qualified technician. Never use the sling if damaged.

WARNING:

1. Read this material before using this product. Failure to do so can serious injury.
2. The bridle chain sling must be used flexibly, and it is strictly prohibit use it compulsorily when individual connections are inflexible.
3. Do not exceed WLL (working load limit) for bridle chain sling. Not approved for overhead lifting.
4. After use, please dry before storage to avoid rusting of bolts affected use.
5. Procedures not specifically explained in this manual must be performed only by a qualified technician.

To prevent serious injury from tool failure, do not use When it is damaged:

Suggestions for Safe Use of The Bridle Chain

• Do not knot the chain when using the bridle chain.
• When using the bridle chain, make sure that the bridle chain is stra without folding and twisting.
• Due to the shipping(handing) or transportation, the bridle chain may have knots at the connection between the ring and the hook. P smooth them before use.
• NO one is allowed to stand below when hoisting goods by bridle
• When using the bridle chain, please confirm whether the goods can be lifted with the chain and whether the hardness of the chain will be your goods.

INSTRUCTIONS

How to use the chain sling:

1. The crane hooks up the lifting ring.
2. The hook of the chain sling hooks the goods at four corners.
3. Make sure the chain is not twisted or knotted.
4. Make sure the weight is evenly distributed on each chain.
5. Lift slowly when lifting; do not let the goods tilt.
6. When lifting the goods, no one is allowed to stand below.
7. The angle between the chain and the goods must comply with the following rules:

1) > 40^ , it is recommended to hoist in this way, which shall not exceed the Working Load Limit.

2) 20^ < < 40^ , it can bear only half of the Working Load Limit.

3) < 20^ , it is not allowed to hoist in this way, which is very unsafe

1) > 40^ , it is recommended to hoist in this way, which shall not exceed the Working Load Limit.
