How to install the AR-BMW-016 wing spoiler?

Installation is done using double-sided adhesive tape. Clean the surface, apply an adhesion promoter (not included), then glue the spoiler after heating the tape with a hair dryer. Maintain uniform pressure and secure the ends with adhesive tape for 12 hours.

What type of adhesive tape is provided?

The product comes with a double-sided adhesive tape suitable for fixing the spoiler. It is recommended to heat it for better adhesion.

Can I paint the wing spoiler?

The spoiler is made of black ABS. It can be painted, but it is advisable to use paint suitable for plastic and follow the paint manufacturer's instructions.

Is this spoiler compatible with my BMW?

The AR-BMW-016 model is designed for BMW. Check the dimensions (1230 mm long) and perform a dry fit before installation to confirm compatibility.

What tools are needed for installation?

You will need a hair dryer to heat the tape, an adhesion promoter (optional but recommended), and fixing adhesive tape to hold the ends during drying.

Is the installation difficult?

Installation is simple and does not require drilling. Follow the steps in the manual: dry fit, cleaning, tape application, heating, and pressing. It is recommended to let the adhesive tape cure for 12 hours.

What if the adhesive tape does not hold?

Make sure the surface is clean and degreased. Use an adhesion promoter and heat the tape well. If the problem persists, contact Vevor support.

INSTALLATION

Caution:

Avoid humid weather and installation done in temperatures of 72 F/22 above is recommended)

STEP1: Do a dry fit before removing the tape to make sure the pos are proper; the proper position will fit like a GLOVE.

STEP2: Clean the car surface and make sure it's clean and oil-free. Apply adhesion promoter(Not included) on the install area.

STEP3: Paste double-sided tape on the spoiler install area.

Try to paste the contact surface with tape, and pay attention to trim tape beyond the install surface at the sharp corners on both sides.

STEP4: Use the hair dryer to warm up the tape and car surface. TI tear off the spoiler double-sided tape at BOTH EDGES..

STEP5: Gently install the spoiler in the proper area and tear off the the tape.

STEP6: Press two sides of the spoiler evenly when you finish the installation. (please don't press too hard in the middle; too much press might affect adhesive tape balance on both ends.)

Caution:

It is highly recommended to use adhesive tape to secure both e for 12 hours and keep the vehicle remain undisturbed.
