How to assemble the Vevor pergola L10FT*W10FT?

Follow the 11 main steps in the manual. Start by installing the top and cross bars, then the columns. Attach the reinforcement rods and mount the canopy. Use the supplied M6 screws. Wear safety goggles and gloves.

What safety precautions should be taken?

Do not sit or stand on the pergola. The fabric roof has limited load capacity. Assemble on a flat, hard surface. Secure the structure firmly to the ground to prevent it from being blown away by the wind.

How to fix the pergola to the ground?

Two methods: use expansion screws for concrete ground, or ground nails for grass or soft ground. Both are supplied.

What to do in case of snow?

Remove the canopy to prevent the weight of snow from damaging the structure. The canopy is not designed to bear snow load.

Is the canopy waterproof?

The manual indicates the roof is fabric, but does not specify waterproofness. It is advisable to treat it with a waterproofing spray if necessary.

Can I leave the pergola assembled all year round?

Yes, but you must remove the canopy in case of snow and regularly check the fixings. Store the canopy during winter to prolong its life.

What tools are needed for assembly?

A screwdriver (Phillips), an Allen key (not supplied), and possibly a drill for expansion screws. The manual recommends safety goggles and gloves.

Assemble on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of safely supporting the Arched pergola.

Use precautions

DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THIS ITEM.
The roof is made of cloth and has a limited load-bearing capacity. When it snows, store the tarpaulin to prevent it from collapsing or being crushed by the snow.
Do not exceed specified weight capacities.
Use only on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface that can safely support a fully Arched pergola.
Use as intended only.
Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
