• Do not overload the Roof Rack. Never exceed the maximum weight capacity of 150 lbs.
• Before and after each use, check to make sure that all hardware is tightly secured. Regularly inspect for damage. If fraying or distortion is found, immediately discontinue use.
• Make sure the vehicle's engine is OFF, with the parking brake set, before loading or unloading the Kayak Roof Rack.
• Do not use to hold or restrain human or animal weight in any manner.
• Use common sense when working. Stay alert and concentrate when setting up and using the Kayak Roof Rack. Never work while under the influence alcohol, drugs, or medications.
• While assembling and using the Kayak Roof Rack, keep the work area clean and well-lighted. Keep spectators and children out of the work area.

STEP 5

Repeat step 1 and step 4 for the other J-cradles.

Make sure all screws are locked.

STEP 6

With another person's help, load the kayak onto the car rooftop and center I kayak between the two J-cradles. Make sure the cockpit is facing toward you figure 3.
