How to install the Vevor UV-317HPC air purifier?

Locate a suitable HVAC duct near a power source. Open a square hole of 159×130 mm using the provided template. Insert the unit into the opening respecting the airflow direction. Fix it with the 6 self-tapping screws. Plug in the adapter and turn on.

What safety precautions should be taken?

UV rays are dangerous for eyes and skin. Never look directly at the UV light. Always disconnect the power before any intervention. Wear gloves to avoid cuts during installation.

How to replace the UV lamp?

Unplug the device. Remove the housing and replace the UV lamp with a new one of the same type (length 313 mm, 254 nm). Lamp lifespan is 3 years. Reassemble and reconnect.

What is PCO technology?

PCO stands for photocatalysis. UV light reacts with a titanium dioxide (TiO2) filter to create reactive compounds (hydroxyl radicals, hydrogen peroxide) that neutralize mold, bacteria, and other pollutants in the air.

What area can one UV-317HPC purifier cover?

One unit is suitable for a room of 20 to 30 m². For larger areas, multiple units can be installed.

Can I install this purifier in a kitchen?

No, it is not recommended to use this product in a kitchen as oily vapors can reduce the UV lamp lifespan.

What is the required electrical power supply?

The provided adapter accepts an input of 100-240 V~ 50/60 Hz and provides an output of 24 V DC / 1.6 A. Plug it into a standard outlet.

How to clean the air purifier?

Unplug the device. Wipe the exterior with a soft dry cloth. For the PCO filter, avoid any contact with water. Replace the UV lamp every 3 years.

Is this purifier suitable for large rooms?

For optimal efficiency, it is recommended for rooms of 20 to 30 m². Beyond that, install multiple units in the ducts.

What does the delivery kit contain?

5. Please wear gloves and install the HVAC Air Purifier to avoid cuts installation.

6. Transportation Attention : During transportation, the package should be upright, handled with care, prevent strong impact, vibration, extrusion.

7. Do not modify the unit in any way. Any modification could damage device or render it dangerous to others.

Installation Instructions

Thank you for your purchase of HVAC Air Purifier .

The HVAC Air Purifier adopts of UVC with PCO "photocatalytic" (Tio2) technology, which is designed to be installed into an existing HVAC system, and used as a virtually maintenance-free air purification. This can effectively kill up common microorganisms in the air ducts, and achieve the effect of air disinfection.

Locate a suitable area of duct for installation, near a power source. Such as one unit can be installed in the air conditioner outlet and room outlet to protect the air conditioner, or installed it near the middle of and the room Air Conditioner outlet to ensure that each room has from One unit can suit for 20-30sqm room.

Installation steps

1. Find a suitable plumbing installation area near the power supply. Op 159 * 130mm square hole in the pipe according to the flange size. Note: Please find this sticker in the box to help you opening the hole duct properly; Referring to the diagram, watch out for the direction of hole position and the direction of the air flow.

1. Attach the product to the HVAC pipe using 6 self-drill screws.

4.Plug in the unit into a proper power source, and switch it on.

Adaptive power supply

1. The power supply for this product is: 110-240VAC transferring to 24VDC/1.6A. Make sure DC plug is firmly inserted to DC jack, and the end DC wire into the DC24V power supply, firmly inserted.

2. Press the switch on the side of the base, it will light up for normal working.
