How to turn on and adjust the heating blanket?

Press the ON/OFF button to turn on. The screen displays the default setting. Press TIMER/HEAT to toggle between heat and timer settings. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the heat level (1 to 6) or the timer duration (1 to 9 hours).

How to set the automatic shut-off timer?

Press the TIMER/HEAT button until the TIMER symbol flashes. Use + or - to select from 1 to 9 hours. By default, the timer is set to 8 hours. The product will shut off automatically after the set time.

Can I machine wash the blanket?

Yes, you can machine wash the blanket at 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent. Do not use bleach, dry clean, iron, or tumble dry. Make sure the controller is unplugged before washing.

What to do if the blanket does not heat enough?

First check that the controller is properly connected and the plug is fully inserted. Make sure the heat level is set to a high value (5 or 6). If the problem persists, contact customer service via www.vevor.com/support.

Can I use this blanket if I have health issues?

People with diabetes, anemia, heart problems, tumors, skin conditions, or pregnant women should consult a doctor before use. Do not use by persons insensitive to heat or children under 3 years.

How to clean localized stains?

Clean the stained area with a sponge soaked in mild detergent or foam, then rinse with clean water and blot with an absorbent towel. Do not rub too hard.

Can the controller be washed?

No, the controller must never be immersed in water or any other liquid. Before washing the blanket, always unplug the controller. Clean it with a dry cloth if necessary.

How to store the blanket properly?

Let the blanket cool completely. Fold it without excessive creasing and store it in a cool, dry, and clean place. Do not place heavy objects on it. The controller should be kept separately.

What to do if the power cord is damaged?

If the power cord, plug, controller, or blanket is damaged, stop using the product immediately and contact customer service. Do not attempt to repair yourself.

Is this blanket suitable for children?

Not suitable for children under 3 years. Children aged 3 to 8 can use it under supervision with the minimum temperature setting. Children over 8 can use it if they have received instructions. Never let children play with the device.

• When cleaning the product, please unplug the controller from the product. Do not soak the controller in water.
• Do not dry-clean the product. The cleaning solution used in dry cleaning might corrode the insulation part of the heating element. • It is forbidden to twist the product.
• Under regular service conditions, the safe service life is 6 years. After the service life, it is recommended to use new products.
• The product comes with a matched controller. Do not modify the controller or replace the fuse. Contact our customer service if you have any other questions.
• DO NOT DISCARD THE PRODUCT WITH OTHER DOMESTIC APPLIANCES. PLEASE ABIDE BY LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL AND DISCARDING RULES WHEN DISCARDING.

Troubleshooting

Using Your Controller

1. To turn the control on, press the "ON/OFF" button. The controller will default to the lowest temperature setting.
2. Press the TIMER/HEAT button to select your options.
3. While the "HEAT" sign is flashing on the LCD screen, you can adjust the warming setting to your personal comfort by pressing the "+" or "-". There are 6 heat setting levels, from "1" to "6", where "1" indicates the lowest temperature.
4. While the "TIMER" sign is flashing on the LCD screen, the setting will be on "9" at the beginning. You can adjust the "AUTO-SHUT OFF time" by pressing the "+" or "-" according to your demand. There are 1-9 hours timer setting levels, the screen will show "1" to "9", where "1" indicates 1 hour AUTO-SHUT OFF.
5. To turn the control off, press the "ON/OFF" button.

CAUTION: ALWAYS turn the product "OFF" when not in use.

To restart all products after a power failure.

Press the "ON/OFF" button and repeat the operation above, the product will begin to warm.

AUTO-SHUT OFF FEATURE

The "AUTO-SHUT OFF" feature is designed for conservation of energy by automatically turning the product off. This product has a "TIMER" function, so you can adjust the "AUTO-SHUT OFF" time according to your demand from 1-9 hours.

When you press the "TIMER/HEAT" button, the TIMER will default to 8 hours AUTO-SHUT OFF. Without any selection, the product will be AUTO-SHUT OFF in 8 hours.

After a power outage, the "AUTO-SHUT OFF" feature automatically resets the TIMER.

Operation Instruction

• Please first ensure the controller is off (LCD off) and the power source is not plug into socket.
• Before first time use, please remove the packing and package label first.

Connect Controller

• Connect the controller into female end socket on blanket and lock up. • After connection, the plug and socket should be closely matched to ensure no further interval.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Please follow the cleaning procedures as below:

Note: before cleaning electric heated products, please ensure the main unit that is the blanket is disconnected with the controller. (it is not allowed to wash or wet the controller with water)

Stained Area Cleaning

• Clean the stained area with sponge dipped with proper gentle detergent or suds.
• Clean again on the stained area with pure water and then wipe the area with absorbent towel.

Hand Wash

• Soak the product into mild detergent or suds. • After 5 minutes soaking, take out and lightly squeeze the detergent.
• Use lukewarm water to wash the product and gently squeeze out the water.

Machine Wash

• The product can be washed in a home washing machine.
• First, set the washing machine to a gentle cycle, then wash with a neutral detergent or laundry detergent.
• Do not use the heating mode, and keep the water temperature below 30°C during washing.
• Do not use high-speed or extra spin cycles.
• Do not wash the controller.

Dry in the Sun

• Hang the product evenly on a clothesline to dry naturally.
• Do not secure the product with clamps.
• Do not use a dryer or oven to dry the product.

	Note: do not dry cleaning or ironing the product.
	Warning: do not twist the product.
	Warning: do ensure the controller is plugged off from the blanket before washing.
	Warning: do not soak the controller into any liquid.
	Warning: do not use the product when it is not fully dried.

Storage

• When not in use, place the product back in its original packaging and store it in a cool, dry, and clean place.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects and do not place heavy items on the product.
• When not in use, store as follows:

A. When storing the product, cool down first before folding.

B. During storing, do not place heavy goods on the product surface to avoid lines made by folding.

- During storing, please shut off the controller first and keep the controller and blanket separated.
