The unit is designed to work only with dedicated chargers and batteries.

The battery and charger are not included in the equipment purchased and must be purchased separately. It is prohibited to use batteries and chargers other than those intended for this equipment.

2. Description of the device

3. Purpose of the device

The impact wrench is a device used for loosening and tightening screws in easily accessible places. Thanks to the impact mechanism, the wrench minimises physical effort on the part of the operator. The wrench is used in repair shops and car service centres, mainly for loosening and tightening screws in passenger cars and small delivery vehicles.

It is permissible to use the device in renovation and construction work, repair workshops, amateur work, subject to the conditions of use and permissible working conditions contained in the operating instructions.

4. Restriction on use

The appliance may only be used in accordance with the 'Permitted operating conditions' below.

The wrench should not be used to loosen screws in truck wheels. Bolts and nuts that require tightening with the appropriate force should be tightened with a torque wrench. The impact wrench does not have a torque indicator, so there is a risk of damaging the bolt when tightening. After tightening the car wheels, check the tightness of the bolts after driving approx. 50 km. This will prevent the bolts from loosening.

Unauthorised changes to the mechanical and electrical design, any modifications, maintenance

operations not described in the operating instructions will be treated as illegal and will result in the immediate loss of warranty rights and the declaration of conformity will become invalid.

Misuse or use not in accordance with the operating instructions will result in immediate loss of warranty rights.

The declared total vibration/noise value has been measured according to a standard test method and can be used to compare one device with another. The stated vibration/noise level can also be used for a preliminary vibration/noise exposure assessment.

Vibration/noise levels during actual use of the equipment may differ from the declared values, depending on the use of the work tools, in particular the type of workpiece and the need to determine operator protection measures. To accurately estimate exposure in actual use conditions, all parts of the work cycle must be considered, including periods when the machine is switched off or when it is switched on but not used for work.

6. Preparing for use

First pull out the plug, only then carry out any operation

The device does not come with a rechargeable battery and charger, therefore, to use it, you must

complete a kit consisting of the device, rechargeable battery and charger. The use of non-dedicated rechargeable batteries and chargers is prohibited.

The device is not equipped with a battery or charger, therefore, to use it, you must complete the set consisting of the device, battery and charger. The use of batteries and chargers other than those specified is prohibited.

To prepare the device for operation, proceed as follows:

- attach a cap of the appropriate diameter to the mounting pin

- connect the key to the power supply.

The device is powered by a 12 V battery. Insert the charged battery into the guide in the handle until the handle latch engages. The device is ready for operation.

The device should be used in a well-lit place. The switch is in the handle of the device. The drive motor runs if the switch is pressed. When using the power tool, adopt a position that prevents you from falling over during operation.

7. Switching on the device

Before starting up the unit, it is essential to carry out the steps described in the section 'Preparing

for operation'.

To start the wrench, first set the direction of rotation of the working tip with the button (Fig. A, 4) and then press the switch button with your index finger.

No-load tests should only be carried out when the power tool is pointing downwards.

8. Operation of the device

The impact wrench is mainly used for loosening and tightening screws in car wheels.

Loosening screws: place the socket on the mounting pin and then adjust it to the head of the screw or nut so that the socket completely covers the entire head of the screw or nut. Set the direction of rotation. Then press the switch. The screw should come loose.

! WARNING

If the screw does not come loose, do not hold the switch down for more than 3 seconds. Otherwise,anism may be damaged!

Tightening screws: Set the direction of rotation. Then insert the screw into the threaded hole and turn it one or two turns so that the screw catches the thread. If you start tightening the screw immediately, the thread may strip. Once the thread is caught, put on the cap and tighten the screw by pressing the switch.

WARNING

To avoid breaking the screw, do not tighten the screws all the way.

When you feel slight resistance, stop tightening with the impact wrench and then tighten the screw with a torque wrench to the torque value recommended by the car manufacturer. This information should be found in the vehicle's service manual.

9. Ongoing maintenance

WARNING

All maintenance must be carried out with the unit unplugged.

Clean the entire power tool regularly, paying particular attention to cleaning the ventilation openings of the power tool. Avoid charging the battery pack immediately after intensive use. Due to the discharge phenomenon, do not store the battery pack completely discharged, as it may then discharge below a critical level and become permanently damaged.

Therefore, when not in use, the battery should be stored partially charged (to approx. 40%). The battery should be charged before it is completely discharged. Batteries should be stored at a temperature of 10-30°C. Batteries stored at low temperatures lose capacity more quickly. Battery charging is described in the instructions for the rechargeable battery and charger.

! WARNING

Keep the device out of the reach of children.

If it is necessary to send the device to a service centre for repair, protect it from accidental mechanical damage and remove the batteries from the charger socket.

How to dismantle the battery

To remove the battery pack, grasp the unit by the handle and then press the release button on the front of the battery pack. Slide the battery pack out of the socket. To fit the battery pack, slide the battery pack into the battery slot and then press down until the handle latch engages. Charging the battery is described in the battery and charger manual.

Attachment, tool replacement

Once the tool has been clamped, make sure it has been clamped correctly: lay the power tool horizontally and try to eject the clamped tip. If it cannot be ejected, it means that it has been clamped correctly.

Maintenance of the appliance

Maintenance includes servicing of the equipment including accessories, i.e. the battery and charger.

WARNING

Never carry out maintenance work on equipment that is connected to a power source.

This can cause serious injury or electric shock. The battery must be removed from the battery socket before maintenance.

Maintenance of the unit consists of keeping all its components necessary for normal operation properly clean. No solvents may be used for cleaning as this may cause irreparable damage to the casing and other plastic components.

The battery must not be cleaned with water as this may cause internal short circuits leading to permanent damage.

Before each start-up:

- Check that the engine vents are not obstructed or dirty. If necessary, expose/clean with a cloth slightly dampened with water.;

After each use:

- Disconnect the battery to avoid accidental activation by unauthorised persons or during handling.

10. Spare parts and accessories

For the purchase of spare parts and accessories, please contact the Dedra Exim service. Contact details can be found on page 1 of the manual.

When ordering spare parts, please quote the batch number on the nameplate together with the part number from the assembly drawing. During the warranty period, repairs are carried out in accordance with the terms of the warranty card. Return the faulty product for repair at the place of purchase (the dealer is obliged to accept the faulty product), send it to the central Dedra Exim service centre or to the service centre closest to your place of residence (list of service centres at www.dedra.pl). Kindly enclose the completed warranty card. After the warranty period has expired, repairs are carried out by the central service. Send the defective product to the service centre (shipping costs are paid by the user).

11. Trouble-shooting on your own

I. Product liability

1. The Warrantor - Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Pruszków, address: ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków, KRS 0000062517, District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Economic Division of the National Court Register, TIN 527-020-49-33, share capital: PLN 100,980.00.

2. The Warrantor provides the warranty for the Product from the Warrantor's distribution on the terms set out in this warranty.

3. Liability under the warranty shall only cover defects arising from causes inherent in the Product at the time of delivery to the User.

4. By virtue of the warranty, the User obtains the right to have the Product repaired free of charge, provided that the defect became apparent during the warranty period. The method of repair of the Product is at the discretion of the Warrantor. If the Warrantor finds the repair impossible, the Warrantor reserves the right to replace the defective element or the whole Product for a defect-free one, reduce the price of the Product, or withdraw from the contract.

5. In relation to the User, who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Act of April 23, 1964 on Civil Code, the Warrantor's liability for damages resulting from this warranty and/or in connection with its conclusion and performance, regardless of the legal title, is limited to the maximum of the value of the defective Product.

III. Terms and conditions of the warranty

1. Presentation by the User of a completed warranty card for the Product and substantiation by the User of the circumstances of purchase of the Product, e.g. by presenting a receipt, invoice, etc. For the purpose of efficient complaint processing, it is recommended that the User submits, together with the Product, all the components specified in "Set of the device components" contained in the operating instructions.

2. Compliance by the user with the instructions in the operating instructions and the warranty.

a) The warranty only covers the territory of the Republic of Poland and the EU.

b) The warranty does not cover any Product defects arising in particular from:

c) Failure of the user to comply with the conditions set out in the operating instructions, in particular with regard to correct operation, maintenance and cleaning;

d) Use of cleaning or maintenance products by the user which do not comply with the operating instructions;

e) Improper storage and transport of the Product by the User;

f) Unauthorised changes and/or modifications to the Product by the User which have not been agreed with the Warrantor;

g) Use of consumables by the User in the Product which do not comply with the operating instructions.

1. For the User, who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Act of April 23, 1964 of the Civil Code, the warranty becomes void for the Product where:

a) serial numbers, date indications and rating plates have been removed, altered or damaged by the user;

b) the seals have been damaged by the user or show signs of tampering by the user.

1. Note! The User shall carry out the activities connected with the daily operation of the Product, resulting, among others, from the operating instructions, themselves and at their own expense.

IV. Complaint procedure

1. If you find that the Product is not working properly, make sure that all the steps specified in particular in the operating instructions have been carried out correctly before submitting a claim.

2. It is recommended to make a complaint immediately, preferably within 7 days of noticing a defect in the Product. The User, who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Act of April 23, 1964 Civil Code, loses rights arising from this warranty if they fail to make a complaint within 7 days.

3. Complaints can be made, among others, at the point of purchase of the Product, at the warranty service point, or in writing to the following address: Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o., ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków.

4. The User can make a complaint using the form available on the website www.dedra.pl. ("Warranty Claim Form").

5. The addresses of the country-specific warranty service are available at www.dedra.pl. If no country-specific warranty service is available, we recommend that you address warranty claims to: Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o. ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków (Poland).

6. With a view to the safety of the User, the use of a defective Product is prohibited.

7. Caution: Using a defective Product is dangerous to the health and life of the User.

8. The fulfilment of the obligations under the warranty shall take place within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the defective Product by the User.

9. Before the defective Product is delivered under the complaint procedure, it is recommended to clean it. The Product under complaint is recommended to be carefully protected against damage during transport (it is recommended to deliver the Product under complaint in its original packaging).

10. The warranty period shall be extended by the time during which, due to a defect in the Product covered by the warranty, the User was not able to use it.

The warranty shall not exclude, limit or suspend the User's rights under the warranty regulations for defects of the goods sold.

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: 'RODO'), we inform you that
