Security and Protection
- Thermostat: When the tank is low on water, the thermostat will keep temperature by controlling the current in the rated temperature.
- Thermal cut-off: when the thermostat is damaged or fails in the host, it is protected by a thermal fuse protection device.
- When the machine temperature rises to the warning temperature, the thermal fuse will promptly cut off the host power supply, in order to avoid danger.
Warnings
- Do not eject the steam directly towards people or animals, or scalds may be caused.
- Only attach/detach the accessories when there is no steam and they are cooled down to avoid scalds.
- Don't put this product into water or other liquids, nor rinse under the tap.
- Do not operate the product unless you have read this manual thoroughly.
- Please do not dismantle and repair the machine.

- Regualr water should be used for this product. If your fabric is important, distilled water is recommended.
- Before using this machine, ensure that the working voltage of machine are in conformity with the voltage of power supply in your home. Please use the 30 MA leakage protection switch, and it must use the rated current greater than 6A of the socket.
- Before using this machine, please unravel the power cord. Please don't share a power supply with other large power appliances. Please don't use line board to avoid overload to prevent fire hazard.
- Before using this machine, please add water, and don't exceed the maximum water level. Install the accessories, then turn on the power switch.
- Please do not add detergent or other liquids (other than water) to the water tank.
- This machine should not be operated by these people (including children): the physically, tactily or mentally disabled or those who lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they are supervised or guided by someone who is responsible for their safety in respect of the application of the product.
- Children shall be monitored to be prevented from playing with the product.
- When using this product, the iron brush should steer clear of people, animals, household appliances and other equipment. You should turn off the power switch when it isn't use to avoid to injury or damage.
- During operation, please don't touch the steam outlet on the steamer head.
- Use a dry soft cloth and neutral detergent to clean the garment steamer surface and don't use solvents such as gasoline, alcohol, banana oil, etc.
- Do not soak the garment steamer, power cord or plug in water or other solutions.
- Please do not place the garment steamer in harsh environments for a long time such as moisture, strong sunlight or corrosive gases, etc.
- Keep the garment steamer away from flammable or explosive objects.
- If there is any damage on the equipment, especially the machine body and power cord, stop using the machine. Please do not repair by yourself. You should inform the company of the maintenance service center of the professional personnel to repair.
- The garment steamer can only be used indoors.
- When using the garment steamer, please pay attention to the possible danger of steam spitting.
- You should pull out the power plug during cleaning or other operation.
- Be careful for the risk of burns. Pay attention to the danger of steam.


PRODUCT INSTALLATION & USE
1. Pour water into water tank
Press the water tank release button, then remove the tank from the main body, pull the stopper and pour water into tank. Do not exceed the maximum water level (See picture 1-2).
2. Install the accessories (if being used)
To use accessories, hold the machine handle, with the other hand attach the brush to the iron head, and install correctly (See picture 3-6).
3. Using the steamer
After the completion of adding water, plug into power and turn on the power button. The Indicator light will show red (when you press the button, there is no steam). Wait for about 30 seconds. Once the preheating has finished, the indicator light will illuminate green and the steamer is ready for use. Press the steam trigger to use it.
REMARK: When you press the steam switch once, the product will continue to work. When you press the steam switch again, the product stops working.
4. After using
Turn off the power button and pull out the plug. Allow the product cool down, then store it in a dry place away from children.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If your steamer does not work well, check the following points:

Reliable Corporation ("Reliable") warrants to original purchaser of its products that every product sold by Reliable (a "Reliable Product") is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase if properly used and maintained. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Reliable will either repair or replace any part of a Reliable Product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. If the defective Reliable Product is no longer available and cannot be repaired effectively or replaced with an identical model, Reliable shall replace the defective Reliable Product with a current Reliable Product of equal or greater value. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Reliable on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If Reliable is unable to repair or replace a Reliable Product, it will refund the current value of that Reliable Product at the time the warranty claim is made.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to a Reliable Product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, wear and tear resulting from normal use of the product, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty does not extend to any indirect, consequential or incidental damages that may be suffered by a user or from the use of a Reliable Product, including without limitation, any liability for third party claims for damage, and is limited to the amount paid by the original purchaser Reliable Product with respect to which this limited warranty protection applies. This limited warranty does not apply with respect to products that have been altered or which are missing serial numbers or for products not purchased directly from Reliable or a dealer authorized by us to sell Reliable Products.
This limited warranty is the only warranty that applies to any Reliable Product, supersedes any and all terms that may be contained in any other document or purchase order and may not be altered or amended except expressly in writing by Reliable.
To obtain a repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please contact our customer service group at 1-800-268-1649 or at support@reliablecorporation.com. You will be required to submit an original receipt via fax or e-mail. The receipt must reflect that you are the original purchaser, the product was bought directly from us or from an authorized Reliable dealer and that the warranty claim is being made within the warranty period. You will be issued a return authorization number (RA#) and asked to ship the defective product together with proof of purchase and RA#, prepaid insured to the following address:
Reliable Corporation, 5-100 Wingold Avenue, Toronto, ON M6B 4K7. Freight collect shipments will be refused. The risk of loss or damage in transit will be borne by the customer. Once Reliable receives the defective product, it will initiate the repair or replacement process.
