1 Safety instructions
Please read before first commissioning the safety instructions carefully and observe the safety instructions to prevent damage due to misuse, improper operation, and improper environmental conditions to be avoided. Keep these for later reference.
Check the device after removing the packaging for damage. Do not put the unit in case of suspected corruption in operation and consult a specialist. The recyclable packaging material must not be stored or disposed accessible for young children, but must be disposed of properly.
This appliance is only for the purpose for which it was explicitly developed. Any other use is regarded as improper and therefore dangerous. The supplier is not liable for damage to persons and / or property damage due to an improper or incorrect use.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
Repairs to electrical appliances must only be carried out by trained personnel only. Improperly performed repairs and alterations to the equipment can have dangerous consequences for the user according to what the warranty will be rejected.
- Read all instructions before using the fan heater.
- Only connect the fan heater to a single-phase socket with a mains voltage as specified on the rating plate.
- This appliance complies with the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of BN 55104/95 regarding interference with radio and television equipment.
- Do not leave your home while the appliance is in operation: Make sure the switch is in the OFF position.
- Keep combustible materials such as furniture, cushions, bedding, paper, clothing, curtains, etc. at least 50 cm away from the fan heater.
- If wall-mounted, do not attach to combustible material such as wood, plastic or synthetic surfaces. Do not hang anything on or in front of the fan heater.
- Always unplug the heater when it is not in use. Do not pull the cord to disconnect the heater.
- Keep the air inlet and outlet free of objects: at least 1 m in front of and 50 cm behind the heater.
- The heater must not be located directly under a power socket.
- Do not let animals or children touch or play with the heater. Watch out! The air outlet becomes hot (more than 80 °C or 175 F) during operation.
- To avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
- Do not use this fan heater in the immediate vicinity of a bath, shower or swimming pool.
- Do not use the fan heater in the rooms with explosive gas or while using flammable solvents, varnish or glue.
- If the supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its

service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Keep the fan heater clean. Do not allow objects to enter a vent or exhaust opening as this may result in electric shock, fire or damage to the heater.
- This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms if they are occupied by persons who are not able to leave the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
- Children under 3 years of age should be kept away unless they are supervised at all times.
- Children aged 3 years and under 8 years may only switch the appliance on/off if it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged 3 years and under 8 years are not allowed to connect, adjust or clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
- Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Special attention must be paid to the presence of children and vulnerable persons.
- Do not use the appliance near showers, bathtubs, washbasins, swimming pools, etc.
• Always use the heater in an upright position.
- Do not use the heater to dry your laundry. Never block the inlet and outlet grilles (risk of overheating).
- The heater must be positioned at least 50 cm away from furniture or other objects.
- Do not place the appliance against walls, furniture, curtains, etc.
- The appliance must be installed so that the switches and other controls
- cannot be reached by people using the bath or shower.
- This appliance is supplied with a Y-type connector. The replacement of the supply cable must only be entrusted to a technician, as such work requires special tools.
- The appliance must not be positioned directly under a fixed socket.
- Do not use the appliance while it is cooling down to avoid overheating with the associated fire hazard.
- Do not use the appliance in rooms with an area of less than 4 m2.
- The heater is equipped with a safety device that stops the heater in case of accidental overheating (e.g. obstruction of air inlet and outlet grilles, motor turns slowly or not at all).
- To reset, disconnect the plug from the power supply for a few minutes, remove the cause of overheating and then reconnect the unit.

Before using the Heater, the base plate (supplied separately in the box) must be attached to the appliance. Screws for fixing the base plate are included in the package.
- The base plate consists of two halves that must be assembled and attached to the heater. The half with the integrated cable channel must be mounted first. Clip the cable into the channel as shown in (fig.1).
- Mount the other half of the base plate. Align it with the corresponding screw holes of the other half and push it down, as shown in (fig.2).
- Turn the mounted base plate counter-clockwise to snap it into the heater, as shown in (fig.3).
- Fix the base plate to the heater with 3 screws ST3,5 x 10mm as shown in (fig.4).

• Take the product out of the packaging and fix the base plate with two screws.
- Connect the appliance to a socket outlet with the rated power indicated on the rating plate (see section 5 „Features“ for details).
- Standby: Set the ON/OFF switch on the back of the appliance to the On position to switch the heater to standby.
- Switch on: Press the power button (1) to switch on the heater. The temperature is set to 23 degrees by default. If the temperature is higher than the default temperature, the heater will not work. If it is lower than the standard temperature, the heater will start to heat.
- Power selection: Press the power selection button (2) to select the desired power. Press once: low power; Press twice: high power. Press three times: Heating stops and works only as a fan.
- Swivel: Press the swivel button (3), the heater starts to swivel from left to right.
- Timer: Press the timer button (4) and select the + or - button to set the timer from 1-12 hours.
- Fireplace: Press the fire effect button (6) and the fireplace switches on.
- Switch off: Press the power button to put the heater in standby mode. The fan continues to run for 15 seconds (fan indicator light lights up). Put the ON/OFF switch on display to switch off the heater completely.

- The remote control requires one type (CR2025) lithium battery. A 3-volt lithium battery is supplied with the remote control. If the remote control stops working, replace it with a new battery.
- Place the remote control with the buttons facing down.
- Loosen the cover screw, press the battery cover latch and remove the battery compartment.
- Insert a new 3V CR2025 battery into the compartment with the positive (+) side facing up. Please note the polarity marking. If the battery is inserted incorrectly, the remote control will not work. CAUTION: There is a risk of malfunction if the battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace the battery only with the same or equivalent type.
- Insert the battery holder into the battery compartment and make sure that it is securely fastened with the cover screw.

Minor discoloration of the protective grating due to intensive operation is normal and does not constitute a defect.

Make sure that the appliance is switched off before cleaning or maintenance.
- Unplug the heater and make sure it has cooled down before you start maintenance.
- Use a soft cloth to wipe away dust on the surface of the heater. If the surface is very dirty, it can be cleaned with a neutral detergent and water (the water should be below 50°C).
- Clean the air inlets and outlets regularly with a hoover (at least twice a year if used regularly).
- Allow sufficient time for drying before putting back into operation.
- Never use petrol, thinner or other liquids as these can easily damage the surface.
- Let the heater cool down before storing it in a cool, dry place.

DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ELECTRICAL PART OF THE PRODUCT
In accordance with Article 26 of the Decree-Law of 14 March 2014 implementing Directive 2012/19/EC, and the Law of 31 March 2015 implementing Directive 2015/863/EU on the reduction of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and on waste management.
The crossed-out dustbin symbol on the machine or packaging indicates that the waste generated at the end of its useful life must be collected separately from other waste. The user must therefore take the device to the appropriate collection points at the end of its service life. Sort electronic and electrical waste or send back to the retailer when purchasing new, equivalent devices in a one-to-one process. Appropriate separate collection for subsequent commissioning of the equipment to be recycled, treatment and environmentally sound disposal helps to avoid possible adverse effects on the environment and health, and promote the reuse and/or recycling of the materials to which they belong. Misuse of this product by the user will result in the application of the administrative penalties provided for in the applicable legislation. DISPOSAL OF BATTERIES AND ACCUMULATORS
In accordance with Legislative Decree 188 of 20 November 2008 implementing Directive 2006/66/EC on batteries, accumulators and related waste, the symbol of the crossed-out waste bin on the battery indicates that the disposal of used batteries is prohibited in household waste.
Single-use and rechargeable batteries contain substances that are highly polluting for the environment. The user is obliged to dispose of used batteries at collection points in the municipality or in appropriate containers. This service is free. In this way, legal requirements are adhered to and the environment protected. The symbols identifying hazardous materials that may be present in single-use and rechargeable batteries are as follows: Hg = Mercury, Cd = Cadmium, Pb = Lead.
