How to connect the EBO Luft to the app?

After downloading the EBO app, create an account, then press + to add a device. Follow the instructions to place the robot on the charging station. When the light is on, enter the Wi-Fi name and password, then point the QR code displayed on the app at the robot's camera to finalize the connection.

How to turn the robot on and off?

To turn on, press the RESET button with the tip of a pin for 2 seconds or place the robot on the charger. To turn off, press the RESET button twice quickly. To restart, press once when the robot is on.

What is the battery life?

The battery life varies from 2 to 6 hours depending on usage (movement, camera use, etc.). Full charging takes 2 to 3 hours via a 5V/2A power adapter.

Is the robot waterproof?

No, the EBO Luft is not waterproof. It should not be used in a humid environment or exposed to water. Keep it away from water sources.

Can the robot be used outdoors?

It is recommended to use it indoors on a stable surface. Outdoor use is possible if the ground is dry and without obstacles, but be careful of falls from height (the robot has no protection against significant falls).

How to reset the robot to factory settings?

Press and hold the RESET button for more than 5 seconds until the robot emits an "ebo" sound. This will restore the factory settings.

What is the maximum capacity of the SD card?

The microSD card can be extended up to 256 GB maximum. It allows storing photos and videos in JPG and AVI formats.

How to activate home guard mode?

In the app, go to security settings. Enable the home guard function and set the duration for which the robot will perform the surveillance task. The robot will move and record according to the settings.

What to do if the robot stops responding?

Try restarting by pressing the RESET button once. If that doesn't work, perform a factory reset (hold RESET >5s). Also check that the battery is charged. If the problem persists, contact customer service at [e-mail] providing the robot logs.

Can the robot be used with children or pets?

Yes, but under supervision. The electronic pet mode allows interaction with domestic animals. For children under 3 years, parental supervision is required. The robot is not a toy.

4. Settings: Wi-Fi, Device Volume, Device Light, Do-Not-Disturb Mode;
5. Invite Members: EBO supports one admin user and multiple guest users;
6. Media Files: Local files (stored in the local SD card), Downloaded files (files downloaded from the local SD card to the phone), Like (Archived files);
7. Security: EBO will protect your home as scheduled;

Need to power on/off or reset EBO?

Use the smaller end of the pin to press RESET

- POWER ON: Press RESET for 2 seconds (or place EBO on the charging dock)

- POWER OFF: Click RESET twice

- REBOOT: Click RESET 1 time when EBO is on

- RESET: Press RESET for 5 seconds unit you hear "ebo"

How to clean the wheels

Open the two black buckles at the bottom at the same time to disassemble the wheel module for cleaning.
