How to turn the EBO Air robot on and off?

To turn on, press the RESET button (located under the robot) for 2 seconds or place the robot on its charging station. To turn off, quickly press the RESET button twice.

How to connect the robot to my Wi-Fi network?

In the EBO app, add a device and select EBO Air. Place the robot on the charger, wait for the indicator to be solid, then enter your network name and Wi-Fi password. Finally, point the QR code displayed in the app at the robot's camera to scan.

What to do if the robot cannot connect to Wi-Fi?

Check that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz, that the password is correct, and that the robot is near the router. You can also reset the robot by pressing and holding the RESET button for more than 5 seconds until it makes an 'ebo' sound, then restart the connection procedure.

How to charge the robot and what is the battery life?

- POWER ON: Press RESET for 2 seconds (or place EBO on the charging dock)

- POWER OFF: Click RESET twice

- REBOOT: Click RESET 1 time when EBO is on

How to clean the wheels

Open the two black buckles at the bottom at the same time to disassemble the wheel module for cleaning.
