- Introduction
We congratulate you on the purchase of your new product. You have chosen a high quality product. Familiarise yourself with the product before using it for the first time. In addition, please carefully refer to the operating instructions and the safety advice below. Only use the product as instructed and only for the indicated field of application. Keep these instructions in a safe place. If you pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure that you also pass on all the documentation with it.

This product is suitable for use as a transport trolley for loads with a weight of max. 150 kg. This product must not be used by children. It is only intended for private, non-commercial use.

Never leave children unsupervised with the packaging material. There is a danger of suffocation.
WARNING! Ensure that the product has been assembled properly before use.
■ Make sure that the product is only assembled by qualified persons.
Please ensure that the product is in good working condition before each use.
WARNING! Do not leave children unattended! The product is not a climbing frame or toy! Make sure that nobody climbs or leans on the product, particularly children. The product may otherwise become unbalanced and tip over. This may result in injury and/or damage.
The product may only be used by adults.
Do not place a load of more than 150 kg on the product.
Do not place the product near stairs, slopes, steep ground or swimming pools.
WARNING! Do not use the product to transport people or animals. This may result in injury and/or damage.
■ Always secure the loading platform with the securing clamp to prevent unintended opening or closing.
Prior to use, pull out the handle far enough for it to lock into the end position. Otherwise it may retract when subjected to load.
● Assembly/disassembly
☐ Install the four castors 2 using the installation wrench 6 as shown in Figure D.
Remark: There are 8 plain washers installed facilities.

Draw the handle holder upwards into a vertical product. position (see Figure B).
☐ Loosen the handle by pressing the metal frame downwards, and pull out the handle until it audibly locks into place (see Figure C).
☐ Raise the securing clamp and turn it approx. 90° in a clockwise direction until it is resting on the black cross brace (see Figures D1–D3).
☐ Now pull the loading platform apart until the two black cross braces meet.
☐ Turn the securing clamp a further 90° so that it covers both black cross braces, then press it downwards until it locks into place.
☐ The transport trolley can be stabilised with the help of the brakes on both swivel castors 2. To do this, press the locking lever (see Figure D4) on the castors 2 downwards.
☐ To fold up the transport trolley again, repeat the steps described above in reverse.
☐ To slide the handle into the handle holder and then fold up the handle holder, you must press the metal frame (see Figure C) downwards.
- Cleaning and care
☐ Use a damp, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
- Maintenance
☐ Check all the connection points on the transport trolley regularly. If you detect any damages, do not use the transport trolley.

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling

- Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.
The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consumables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or glass parts.
● Warranty claim procedure
To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following instructions:
Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN 123456_7890) available as proof of purchase.
You will find the item number on the type plate, an engraving on the front page of the instructions (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the appliance.
If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.
