2.USAGE SAFETY

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in an electric shock, fire and/or serious injury or even death.

Whenever device or product are used in the warnings and instructions, it shall mean Beverage Dispensel. Do not use in very humid environments or in the direct vicinity of water tanks. Prevent the device from getting wet. Risk of electric shock! Do not cover air inlets/outlets. When in use, do not put your hands or other items inside the device!

2.1 ELECTRICAL SAFETY

a) The plug must fit the socket. Do not modify the plug in any way. Using original plugs and matching the socket, you can make changes to the socket.
b) Avoid touching earthed elements such as pipes, heaters, boilers and fridges. There is an increased risk of electric shock if the earthed device is exposed to rain, in direct contact with a wet surface or operating in a humid environment. Water ingression into the device increases the risk of damage to the device and of electric shock.
c) Use the cable only in accordance with its designated use. Never use it to carry the device or to pull the plug out of a socket. Keep the cable away from heat sources and avoid contact with other cables, such as cables or tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock.
d) If using the device in a humid environment cannot be avoided, a residual current device (RCD) should be applied. The use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.

2.2 SAFETY AT THE WORKPLACE

2.3 PERSONAL SAFETY

a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which can significantly impair the ability to operate the device.

b) To prevent the device from accidentally switching on, making sure that the switch is ON at OIT position before connecting to a power source.

2.4SAFE DEVICE USE

a) Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not function properly (does not switch the device on and off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off should be replaced with devices that are cordless, should not be operated and must be repaired.

b) Make sure the plug is disconnected from the socket before attempting any adjustments, tool replacements or before putting the device aside. Set the switch to turn off to reduce the risk of accidentally activating the device.

c) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from children and people not familiar with the device, who have not read the user manual. The device may pose a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.

d) Maintain the device in a good technical state. Before each use check for general damage and especially check for cracked parts or elements and for any other conditions which may impact the safe operation of the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the device for repair before use.

3.2 PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of the environment must not be higher than 40^ and the relative humidity should be less than 85% . Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device is used. The minimum distance between the sides of the device and the walls should be at least 15cm on each side. Keep the device away from hot surfaces. Operate the device on flat, stable, clean, refractory and dry surfaces out of the reach of children and people with mental disabilities. Install the device making sure that constant access to the main plug is ensured. The power cord connected to the appliance must be properly grounded and correspond to the technical details. Before the first use, remove all elements and clean them along with the entire device. The surface on which the device will be set must be strong enough in order to support the device with its load. The device may not be exposed to direct incidence of sunrays or rainfall. The device is intended for indoor use and the ambient temperature should not exceed the range from 1 to 40^ .
NOTE: Never immerse the device in water or pour it with a stream of water.
NOTE: Do not activate the cooling function when the device is empty (without water or drinks); this can lead to damage to the device. NOTE: Clean the device regularly in order to prevent contamination and damage to the device.
ASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE

It is advisable to pour the already pre chilled drinks into the device. NOTE! In the event of a sudden power supply failure, the device will turn on with a 5-minute delay, because otherwise the compressor could be

amaged. The cooling start delay will always occur after reactivating the device if it was turned off a moment earlier.

3.4 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

NOTE: In order to prevent the growth of any bacteria in the device, it is necessary to use only special cleaning agents intended for cleaning surfaces made of plastic.
NOTE: Never wash the machine parts by means of an automatic dishwasher as this may lead to damage to the parts.
NOTE: Never use aggressive disinfectants or corrosive detergents for cleaning.

- Wait the amount of time recommended by the manufacturer of the disinfectant, but not longer than 15 minutes.

OPERATION AND TIPS FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE

  • Keep at least 35cm space on all sides. Do not expose it to direct sunlight! Sugar content should be 13 - 15% .
  • Do not pour too much liquid into the device. The max line should not be exceeded. Do not turn off a freezer or mixer when the tank is empty or with only water inside for more than 3 minutes.

Never add inappropriate sugars to drinks.
Never allow the machine to run unattended.
Never turn on refrigeration when stirring is off or stuck.
Do not allow the machine to run for more than 8 hours, as this will protect the machine from possible freeze cylinder damage.

If the mixer and bowl are frozen/stuck [there'll be a loud ticking noise]:
- Turn off mixing and cooling mode immediately.
- Wait for the snow mud and ice to melt inside and outside the evaporation tank.
- Add sugar and/or syrup [10 cups per jar].
- First turn on the stirring mode for 15 minutes and then turn on the refrigeration. Then follow the basic operation instructions.
The machine should be shut down after work is finished to prevent the evaporation cylinder from freezing and stirring. If it is already frozen, it is best to remove the ice manually. For every 8 litres of water (including juice) add 2.2kg of sugar.

2.1. Electrical safety

a) The plug of this unit must fit into the outlet. Do not modify the plug in any way. Original plugs and matching outlets reduce the risk of electric shock.
b) Avoid touching grounded parts, such as pipes, heaters, ovens, and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is grounded and touches the unit exposed to direct rain, wet pavement, and operation in a humid environment. If water enters the unit, there is an increased risk of damage to the unit and electric shock.
c) Do not use the cord in an unintended manner. Never use it to carry the unit or to pull the plug out of the socket. Keep the cord away from heat sources, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or tangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.

3.2. Preparation for operation

POSITIONING OF THE UNIT

Place the unit in a way that ensures good air circulation. Maintain a minimum clearance of 15cm from any wall of the unit. Keep the unit away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the unit on a level, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons of impaired mental, sensory and intellectual functions. Place the unit in such a way that the mains plug can be reached at any time. Ensure that the power supply to the unit corresponds to that specified on the identification plate!

Before using the unit for the first time, disassemble all parts and wash them as well as the entire unit.

The surface on which the unit will be placed must be strong enough to support the unit and its load. The unit must not be exposed to direct sunlight or rain. The unit is designed for indoor use and the ambient temperature should not exceed 15 to 25^ for proper operation.

The unit should only be placed in locations where it can be supervised by trained personnel.

CAUTION! Never immerse the unit in water or splash it with a stream of water.

CAUTION! Do not activate the cooling function when the unit is empty (no water or drinks), as this can damage the unit.

CAUTION! Clean the unit regularly to prevent permanent dirt build-up.

ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT

  1. Unpack the entire unit.
  2. Wash the entire unit before each use.
  3. Place the unit on a suitable surface.
  4. Attach the drip tray to the unit.

3.3. Working with the unit

Switching on the unit.

Produce cold beverages:

  1. Prepare the beverages to be chilled.
  2. Connect the unit to the power supply.
  3. Pour in the beverages to be cooled. Make sure that the filling level does not exceed the MAX level.
  4. Switch on the buttons for mixing and cooling.
  5. Allow the unit the time it needs to cool the beverages (approximately 1.5 hours).

  6. Once the beverage has cooled and stirred, it can be poured with the tap lever into suitable containers, cups, etc. If the drink has cooled down, the unit will stop cooling under the influence of the temperature sensor. The cooling will turn on automatically when the beverage temperature rises (to approx. 12^ ).

  7. After use, always pour out the remaining beverage, turn off the dispenser, disconnect it from the power supply and wash all its parts that come into contact with the beverages.

CAUTION! It is advisable to pour beverages that have already been cooled into the dispenser.

CAUTION! In the event of a sudden power failure, the dispenser will start with a 5-minute delay, otherwise the compressor may be damaged. The delayed start of cooling will always occur when the dispenser is switched on again, if it was switched off a while ago.

CAUTION! Cooling can only be started after mixing has been switched on. Otherwise, the unit can be damaged.

CAUTION! Keep the tank in the correct position (straight) and fill the tank with liquid before switching on mixing!

3.4. Cleaning and maintenance

a) Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down completely before cleaning, adjusting or replacing accessories and when the unit is not in use. The plug must be disconnected in such a way that a maintenance/repair person can verify at any time that the plug remains disconnected.
- Wait until the rotating parts stop.
b) Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
c) Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food contact surfaces may be used to clean the unit.
d) After each cleaning, all the parts should be dried well before the unit is used again.
e) Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
f) Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
g) Make sure that no water enters through the ventilation openings in the casing.
h) Perform regular inspections of the unit checking technical fitness and any damages.
i) Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
j) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. a wire brush or metal spatula) for cleaning, as these may damage the surface of the material from which the unit is made.
k) Never wash unit parts with an automatic dishwasher, as this may damage the parts.
It is essential to regularly and thoroughly wash and disinfect the unit.
m) In case of danger of frost, the unit must be emptied, cleaned and dried.

n) It is recommended that you wash and disinfect every day and as often as the law in your area of use dictates.

Automatic cleaning of the dispenser:

Empty the dispenser of any remaining beverage.
- Remove the dispenser covers.
Pour lukewarm water into the tanks of the dispenser.
- Replace the tank covers.
- Switch on the button (9) to start blending.
- Allow the dispenser to run in agitation mode for a few minutes, and then repeat all steps a few times to rinse the dispenser thoroughly. Repeat these steps until the water coming out of the unit is clear.
After completing these steps, empty the water out of the unit, turn it off, and disconnect it from the power supply.

CAUTION! The person performing the cleaning and disinfection operations must wash and disinfect their hands to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection.

  • Remove the unit's covers.
  • Unscrew the nut from the stem holding the lever in position, remove the stem and slide the plunger out of the tap tube.

CAUTION! Remove any gaskets during cleaning to minimize the risk of bacterial growth.

  • Remove the tank by pulling vertically upwards.
  • Remove the agitator by pulling upwards.

  • Remove the drip tray.

  • Wash the disassembled parts completely with warm water and dishwashing liquid.

  • Rinse the parts with water and place them in the disinfectant solution for approximately 15 minutes or for the length of time recommended by the disinfectant manufacturer.
    After the disinfectant bath, rinse the unit parts thoroughly with water and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
  • Wash the entire unit with a mild detergent designed for cleaning food contact surfaces.
  • Rinse the whole unit with a sponge soaked in water and then wipe it dry with a soft cloth.

CAUTION! Do not assemble the unit until your hands have been thoroughly washed and disinfected.

  • Using a lubricant for mechanical parts in contact with food in order to assemble the unit correctly and avoid leaks and damage is recommended. Lubricate the contact surfaces of moving parts with the lubricator.
  • Moisten the bottom of the reservoir where it meets the gasket with water to facilitate assembly.

Install the reservoir, making sure it fits the gasket and the rest of the unit.
- Assemble the levers on the unit tap. It is recommended that you lubricate the connections of the moving parts with lubricator before assembly. CAUTION! Incomplete assembly of the levers can damage unit parts.
- Mount the drip tray.
- Mount the agitator by inserting it into the pin with the hole in the center of the tank. Twist the agitator slightly so that it locks into the bottom of the stem.
- Replace the cover on the unit.

Disinfect the unit.

  • If the dispenser has not been used for several days and has been previously cleaned and disinfected, it must be disinfected as follows before its next use:
  • Remove the unit's covers.
  • Pour the disinfectant into the instrument's tank following the disinfectant manufacturer's instructions.
  • Replace the covers.
  • Switch on the agitation function.
  • Wait for the time recommended by the disinfectant manufacturer, but not longer than 15 minutes.
  • Pour the disinfectant through the tap. Press the levers at least 10 times to distribute the disinfectant adequately in the tank outlet.
  • Rinse the unit by repeating all disinfecting steps and replacing the disinfectant with water.
    The unit is now ready for use.

Replacing gaskets.

Replace any gaskets that show signs of wear or leakage.

Storing the unit during winter or cold weather.

  • Disconnect power to the unit.
  • Disassemble, clean and disinfect all parts that have been in contact with beverages.
  • Wash all external parts of the dispenser.
  • Dry all parts of the dispenser.
  • Assemble the entire unit.
  • Pack the dispenser in its original packaging or cover it to protect it from dust and other contaminants.
  • Store the unit in a dry, cool place that is not exposed to sunlight.

DISPOSAL OF USED UNITS.

At the end of its useful life, this product should not be disposed of with normal household waste but should be taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. This is indicated by the symbol on the product,

operating instructions or packaging. The materials used in this unit are recyclable according to their marking. You will be making an important contribution to protecting our environment by reusing, recycling or otherwise disposing of used devices.

Your local administration will provide you with information about the appropriate disposal point for used devices.
