ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use the product for other purposes than mixing mortars, paints and other liquid construction masses. Do not assemble with a mixer other accessories than agitator, e.g. nog plates, polishers, drills etc. Do not use mixer for mixing powdery products.
All accessories mounted with mixer must have maximum rotational speed not higher than rated speed of the product. It is forbidden to use accessories of maximum permissible rotational speed lower than rated speed of the product.
Do not use defective agitators. If any cracks or bends of the mixer's spindle are found, it should be replaced with an agitator free from defects. Check the condition of accessories and the product before each start.
Use agitators designed for particular type of material to be mixed.
Size of agitator's clamping thread must be the same as the clamping thread in the mixer. It is forbidden to use downsizing elements to fix the agitator in the tool. It is forbidden to remake mixer mounting or mounting of accessories to adjust them to each other. To make sure that the agitator is properly fixed, start the mixer without load for 30 seconds in safe position. In case of excessive oscillations or other symptoms of improper operation or defect, immediately stop the device and check the correctness of assembly. During trial start and during operation, a power cable should be kept away from the mixer. This will prevent the power cable from being seized by the mixer which may lead to injuries and/or electric shock.
Provide patency of ventilation slots. If it is necessary, disconnect the product from power supply by removing the plug from mains socket and clean the tool of dust. Do not use metal objects for this purpose.
Always wear protective googles and ear protectors. Other personal safety equipment such as anti-dust masks, gloves, helmets, aprons should be worn. Long hair should be pinned up.

TOOL HANDLING
Before starting the work make sure that the housing and connecting cable with a plug are not damaged. Should any damage was found, it is forbidden to continue the work.
Preparation to work
Warning! All actions associated with fixing and replacing of accessories, and adjustment of rotational speed etc. should be carried out with the power supply off, so prior to these actions: Pull out the plug of power cable from the mains socket!
Assembly of agitator (II)
Tighten the agitator's tip using spanners for mixer's spindle. The connector to be tighten firmly to prevent its spontaneous disconnection during operation.
Adjustment of rotational speed (III)
Warning! Due to the fact that the rotational speed control knob is placed on the product's switch, it may lead to accidental start of the product during the adjustment. That is why the adjustment should be done with power cord plug disconnected from a mains socket.
The mixer is fitted with smooth rotation adjustment within range specified in the table with technical data. Rotational speed should be selected depending on the type of material to be mixed. Rotational speed should be lowered along with increase in density of mass. It is required to observe the mass that is being mixed during the work and change the speed to avoid mass sloshing. If you are not sure about the mass density, begin mixing at the lowest rotational speed and increase it gradually.
The adjustment of rotational speed is done by turning a knob placed on the product's switch. Direction marked with the thicker part of arrow indicates rotational speed increase. Turning in opposite direction lowers the rotational speed.
Starting and stopping the mixer
Note! Prior to each start of operation, make a trial start for approx. 30 seconds. Trial start should be done without agitator submersed in the mass to be mixed. During trial start, please observe the operation of the agitator and the mixer. Proper work may be started provided no symptoms of improper operation such as e.g. excessive oscillations, excessive noise or queer odour were found during the trial start-up.
Use agitators appropriate for the specific job. Make sure that the swindle is not bent.
Take on working clothes as well as eye and ear protectors, and other personal safety equipment required when working with particular material.
Make sure, that the switch of the tool remains in "off" position, insert the plug of mixer's power cable to mains socket.
Grab both mixer's grip handles with your hands.
Adopt a firm and stable posture.
Immerse the agitator in product to be mixed. Agitator's head should stay completely under the surface of the liquid being mixed. This will prevent sloshing of liquid being mixed.
Turn on the mixer by pressing on the electric switch with a finger.
Mixer's switching off takes place after release of pressure on switch button.
In the event of long lasting operation you may use the switch lock. To enable the lock press the switch button and switch lock at the same time. To release the lock press the switch button.
During the work avoid hitting the agitator against walls and bottom of container in which mixing is being carried out. Do not lean the agitator against bottom of container. Do not keep the agitator in one position, displace it within the container, this will ensure more homogenous and faster mixing.
Note! If any suspicious noise, crackles, odour, etc. were observed, immediately switch off the mixer and pull the plug out of the mains.
Mixer maintenance
It is recommended to carry out maintenance of the agitator immediately after the work. This will prevent residues of mass being mixed from drying on the agitator or its swindle.
Prior to agitator cleaning, it should be dismantled from the mixer. The agitator to be cleaned using solvent for particular substance that has been mixed. After the cleaning, solvent's residues should be washed away with water and then the agitator should be thoroughly dried out. While cleaning, use personal safety equipment relevant for work with particular substance. Carefully read instructions attached to this substance.
Additional notes
Do not overload the tool, temperature of outside surfaces can never exceed 60 °C.
After completed work, turn off the mixer, unplug the tool from the mains socket and carry out the maintenance and inspection.
