HEAVY DUTY RACK GEARTRACK® PACK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Tools and Parts

Gather the required tools and parts before starting installation. Read and follow the instructions provided with any tools listed here.

Tools Needed

■ Phillips Head Screwdriver
■ Drill and 3/32" drill bit

Parts Supplied

■ 2 screws

Heavy Duty Rack GearTrack® Pack Use Requirements

■ Maximum weight limit is 75 lbs (34 Kg) per linear ft (30.48 cm) for Rack GearTrack® Channels.
■ Do not use the hanging cabinets or wall GearBoxes on the Rack GearTrack®. This GearTrack® is only intended for any hook with a maximum claim load of 50lbs.

Unpack

■ Remove all parts from their packaging, and dispose of/recycle all packaging materials.

1. Hand brackets in desired position

• Put Left and Right Hand brackets in desired position on the end of your 24" (60.9 cm) or 18" (45.7 cm) deep rack. (use the following # for rack models - GARS774XEG, GARS604TEG, GARS484TEG)

2a. Install GearTrack® Channels (for model 24")

■ Install GearTrac® Channels into the side of one bracket and then sliding through to other bracket.

■ Ensure that the ends of the GearTrack Channels are level with the ends of the rack.

2b. Install GearTrack® Channels (for model 18")

18"

GearTrack® Channel is provided at 24" (60.9 cm) length, but can be cut to size for the 18" (45.7 cm) deep rack. If necessary, cut the channel to length, making sure the cut is square.

1. Install Ends Caps

■ Install provided end caps on each side of the GearTrack Channel.

1. Bracket holes

• Drill two 3/32" pilot holes in either the top or bottom holes of the brackets and GearTrack® Channels.
  NOTE: Screws can be attached to either bottom or top of the brackets based on the preference.

• Hang desired hook

Install Shelf Liners

1. Unpack Shelf Liners and dispose of/recycle all packaging materials.
2. Set the Liners at desired location and shelf.
3. To reduce the amount of liner sliding on the wire shelf, push provided tabs at the front and back of the liner under the lip of the main horizontal beams.
