The instructions should aid you in getting familiar with your new appliance. Please, read them carefully before using the appliance for the first time.

In any case, please make sure the appliance was supplied to you undamaged. Should you identify and transport damage, contact your sales representative or the regional warehouse from where the product was delivered. You will find the telephone number on the receipt or delivery report.

We wish you a lot of pleasure with your new household appliance.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

These instructions are intended for the user.

They describe the iron and how to use it. They also apply to different types of appliances, therefore you may find some descriptions of functions that may not apply to your appliance.

Never touch the surfaces of heating or ironing sole plate. They will become hot during operation. Keep children at a safe distance. There is a risk of burning!

WARNING!

This product does not apply to persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge (including children under the age of 8), unless they are under the supervision of an adult with civil conduct;

• Read all instructions.
• Before using, check and make sure that the voltage of wall outlet corresponds to the one shown on the rating plate.
• Do not use the appliance if the main cord, plug, light or the appliance itself shows visible damage, or the appliance has been dropped or is leaking. Take it to the nearest authorized service facility or a qualified serviceman for examination and repair in order to avoid a hazard.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not allow the cord to come into contact with the sole plate when it is hot.
• Burns may occur from touching hot metal parts, hot water, or steam.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
• To protect against a risk of electric shock, never immerse the iron in water or other liquids. If this has happened, do not use this appliance any more, dispose of the appliance.
• Do not leave iron unattended while connected into power supply or on an ironing board.

WARNING!

• Always place or use the appliance on a stable, level and horizontal surface. The use of accessory not recommended by manufacturer may cause injury to persons or damage to appliance.
• When placing the iron on its stand, ensure that the surface on which the stand is placed is stable.
• Never fill the water tank with hot water, scent, vinegar, starch, descaler, fabric softener or other chemical reagent.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use, before filling water or cleaning.
• Do not use the appliance for other than its intended use.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• The iron is not to be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.
• Keep the iron and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years of age when it is energized or cooling down.
• The appliance will produce warning and then turn off automatically if it is operated at an environment with a temperature lower than 0^ C.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Save these instructions.

BEFORE USE

REMEMBER TO FILL WATER INTO IRON. WE RECOMEND DISTILLED WATER FOR BEST IRONING EFFECT.

Each steam rate is provided with its corresponding temperature setting. When ironing, select the proper temperature setting according to the type of clothes.

BEFORE USE

BEFOREFFIRST USE

• Remove any sticker or protective foil from the sole plate.
• Iron a piece of damp cloth under the maximum temperature for several minutes for the purpose of removing any residue on the sole plate according to the section of “Steam ironing”.

NOTES:

It is normal that strange odor comes out from the unit for the first use. This will cease after a short while.

Some particles may come out of the soleplate when you use the iron for the first time. This is normal; the particles are harmless and stop coming out of the iron after a short while.

After you switch on the appliance, the water pump in the unit base may produce a sound when spraying steam.

During the heating process of the soleplate, there will be little water coming out from the soleplate automatically and this phenomenon will continue for about 3 seconds, This is normal.

Water tank release button

Press the Water tank release button and carefully grasp the water tank handle to remove the water tank from the unit base.

Filling aperture

Fill the water tank with water through the filling aperture. Make sure that the water shall not exceed the MAX mark on water tank.

Temperature indicator

When the iron is heating up, the Temperature indicator will flash. Once the iron has reached the selected temperature, it will illuminate solidly. And the Temperature indicator will illuminate solidly during ironing.

Steam trigger

When the steam is ready, press and hold the Steam trigger with a little force, the steam will be sprayed from the sole plate continuously.

NOTE

When loosen the steam trigger, the appliance can only be used for dry ironing without steam.

BEFORE USE

Shot of steam

Press the steam trigger twice within 1 second to activate the shot of steam function and then you can use the shot of steam to remove the tough wrinkle.

Iron lock and Iron lock release button

When the iron is locked on the thermal insulation stand, press the Iron lock release button to unlock the iron lock, then the iron can be removed from the thermal insulation stand for ironing. When the iron lock is unlocked, the iron can be placed on the thermal insulation stand. When the iron is placed on the thermal insulation stand, press down the iron lock and then the iron is locked on the thermal insulation stand, at that time, the whole appliance can be lifted up for carrying conveniently.

Power button

Plug in the appliance and press down the Power button, the Power indicator will illuminate, the Steam rate 1 is regarded as defaulted one and its indicator will flash. Hold and press the Power button for about 2 seconds, and the appliance will be disconnected from the power supply.

Cord winding groowe

When not in use, the steam supply hose can be wound along the Cord winding groove for storage.

USING YOUR STEAM GENERATOR

Steam rate control button "UP ARROW" & "DOWN ARROW"

Press the Steam rate control button “UP” & “DOWN” to make switch among the Steam rate 1, Steam rate 2 and Steam rate 3, and one beep can be heard when making switch. And the corresponding indicator of selected steam rate will light solidly.

NOTE: If Steam rate indicator is blinking, base is preparing steam. Once Steam rate indicator is solid, station is ready for ironing.

Refill indicator

The refill indicator will illuminate and two beeps can be heard as well as the steam generator will stop working if the water tank is lack of water. At that time, you should remove the water tank and refill it with water through the filling aperture, then replace the water tank well in position.

Calc/clean indicator

If the descaling indicator illuminating, it indicates the steam generator shall be performed cleaning because of the mineral deposits collecting to a degree. When the system ensures the mineral deposits have been removed, the indicator will be extinguished.

Automatic power off

The appliance will turn off automatically if there is no operation within 10 minutes under the normal standby mode. To restart the appliance, just need to press the Power button again. And the appliance will enter into energy-saving mode when it does not release steam for a long time at the first use. If need to exit from energy-saving mode, just need to hold and press steam trigger for more than 2 seconds, at that time, the indicator of selected steam rate will blink and the appliance will release steam after the indicator blinking for 30 seconds.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning, firstly disconnect the power outlet and let the appliance cool down.

1. Wipe the flakes and any other deposits on the soleplate with a damp cloth or a non-abrasive (liquid) cleaner.

NOTE: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to scrape the soleplate.

1. Clean the upper part of iron with a soft damp cloth. Wipe the water drop on the unit base and the thermal insulation stand with a dry cloth.

2. To remove the mineral deposits collecting at inner steam generator, follow the operation as below:

3. firstly reverse the unit base and place it on a level surface horizontally, make sure that the unit base shall be placed stably,

4. then cover a towel on the knob and rotate the knob with the towel to detach it,
5. after, drain the steam generator, then refill the steam generator with clean water to clean it well.

WARNING: To avoid a risk of injury, make sure the steam generator has been cooled down completely before removing the knob.

• After drainage, tighten the knob and make the unit base stand again.
• When do not use the appliance for a long time, empty the water in the tank, and put the iron on the thermal insulation stand and then press the iron lock to lock the iron well.
