Preparing for use

The temperature of environment must not be higher than 40^ and the relative humidity should be less than 85% . Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device is being used. There should be at least 10cm distance between each side of the device and the wall or other objects. The device should always be used when positioned on an even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and be out of the reach of children and persons with limited mental and sensory functions. Position the device such that you always have access to the power plug. The power cord connected to the appliance must be properly grounded and correspond to the technical details on the product label.

Device use

MSW-WAX-C10400:

1. Turn the appliance temperature control knob between range 0^ - 80^ and the power indicator light will turn on signalling working.
2. Turn the appliance off when finishing melting.
3. CAUTION: The lid must be placed on when the wax is dissolved. Do not mix wax with water when melting. Wipe the water off before adding wax pieces.

1. Turn the lid anti-clockwise to open.
2. Fill the wax melter not above the MAX level indicator.
3. Replace the lid and turn clockwise to lock into place.
4. Connect the plug to the socket.
5. Switch on the appliance by setting the temperature control knob to the desired value or set the power switch to the 'I' position. The wax will start to heat up.
6. The wax will reach the set temperature.
7. Stand your cup on the hold close to the faucet to prevent wax splashing.
8. Use the faucet to dispense wax.
9. When the wax is topped up the wax melter will automatically reheat.
10. When the wax is completely melted, turn the appliance off, unplug it from the electric outlet, and pour out all the wax.

11. Make sure there is at least 500ml wax in the tank when heating to prevent overheating.

12. The appliance can be very heavy when filled with wax. It should not be carried or moved when full of wax as the weight and unsteady load can cause injury or strain. The product should never be moved when filled with more than 5L (5L=5 kg approximately).

13. CAUTION: The lid must be placed on when the wax is dissolved. Do not mix wax with water when melting. Wipe the water off before adding wax pieces.
14. NOTE: MSW-WAX-C71500 is protected by a thermal limiter with automatically reset function to prevent accidental dry-heating. If the wax in the tank is boiled dry, it will be activated and the appliance will turn itself off, although the lamp with remain on. The appliance must be unplugged before it can be reset. To reset it, wait until the appliance has cooled down, then power on the appliance again, check if the heating indicator light is on. If it is on, it indicates the unit has recovered to normal working condition; if the light is still off, unplug the cord and try to power on again. Repeat this operation several times until the appliance will be in normal working condition.

Maintenance

• Only perform cleaning once the plug has been removed and the wax melter has completely cooled down.
• Never immerse the wax melter into water.
