Make sure the voltage of your mains supply matches the voltage requirements specified in the rating label of the appliance.
When using electrical and electronic appliances, basic precautions must always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and injury.
This appliance is intended for outdoor use only.
This device is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and offices.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the
Technical Support Service of Cecotec or similar qualified personnel to avoid risks.

This symbol means "do not cover".
WARNING: to avoid overheating, do not cover the
apppliance.
The heating appliance must not be placed immediately below a socket outlet.
Do not use the heating appliance in the immediate vicinity of a bath, shower, or swimming pool.
Do not use this heating appliance if it has been dropped.
Do not use if there are visible signs of damage to the heating appliance.
Use this heating appliance on a horizontal and stable surface, or fix it to the wall, as applicable.
Keep the device out of the reach of children under 3 years old, unless constantly supervised.
Children between 3 and 8 years old should only switch the appliance on or off when it has been placed in its normal, intended operating position and if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children between 3 and 8 years old should not plug in, adjust, and clean the appliance and should not carry out maintenance tasks.
WARNING: some of the product's parts may become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention should be paid when children and/or vulnerable people are present.
WARNING: do not use this heating device in small rooms that are occupied by people who cannot leave the room by themselves, unless permanent supervision is provided.
WARNING: to reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or other flammable material at least 1m away from the air outlet. Do not insert or allow objects to enter through the ventilation slots, as this may result in electric shock, fire, or damage to the appliance.
Do not immerse the cable, plug, or any other non-removable part of the appliance in water or any other liquid. Do not expose the electrical connections to water. Always make sure that your hands are dry before operating or adjusting any switches on the product or touching the plug and socket.
Never leave the device unattended during use.
One of the most common causes of overheating is the building up of debris or fluff in the appliance. Be sure to clean these accumulations periodically by vacuuming the vents and grilles.
Do not place the appliance on carpets, and do not place the cable under carpets. Position the cord in such a way as to avoid obstructing passage and cause tripping hazards.
Do not store it until it cools down. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Do not use the heater with a timer or any other device that turns the heater on automatically.
WARNING: this heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature.

2. BEFORE USE
Installation
General
- Keep the packaging material out of the reach of children. Check that all parts are present. Before use, make sure that you have removed all wrappings around the head (lamp, socket, and switches). Ensure that the area of use is kept clear and away from flammable materials.
- Check that the appliance, power cord and plug are not damaged. If you notice any damage, do not connect the device to the mains!
- Do not connect the outdoor heater to the power supply before it has been fully assembled.
- To assemble the outdoor heater, you will need to use some specific tools. Follow the instructions below step-by-step. If in doubt, please contact your distributor.
3. ASSEMBLY
It is recommended that the outdoor heater is mounted between two people.

Pass the cable through the bottom, through the base and the bottom tube (the plug must remain at the bottom).

- Screw the lower tube securely to the base using the three M6x25 screws.
- Place the trim piece on the tube.
Pass the cable through the central tube (x3) and screw the latter tightly to the lower tube. - Then pass the cable through the upper tube and screw it tightly to the central tube.
- Carefully pull the cable upwards.

- Connect the cable to the plug on the heater head.
- To fix the connection between the two cables, use the lock/protection box.

- Re-route the cables, including the protection box, through the upper tube.
- Align the heater head with the upper tube and screw them together with the two M8x10 screws.
- Hold the heater firmly and hook the cable into the groove at the bottom of the base using the plate and the two self-tapping screws.
- Anchor the outdoor heater using the three plugs and screws included in the box.
- Your standing heater is ready for use.
Warning! Do not connect the heater to the mains if you notice any damage (to the heater, the cable, or the plug) and do not connect the heater to the mains before installation is complete.
4. OPERATION
Start-up and operation
- Point the heater head in the correct direction.
- Plug the power cord into the outlet (220-240 V / 50 Hz).
- The heater is switched on and off by means of the on/off chain (1). The chain can also be used to adjust the power.
Chain positions:
- Off
- Low power = 900W
- Medium power = 1200W
- Maximum power = 2100W
Warning:
- This outdoor heater does not have a thermostat, so it continues to emit heat until it is switched off. Keep an eye on the heater when it is on.
- Unplug the heater from the wall socket when not in use.
Adjusting the heater head
The height of the heater head can be adjusted by loosening the adjustment screws on both sides of the heater head. When the head is securely in place, be sure to retighten the set screws in the clearance hole.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning
- Before cleaning the appliance, switch it off, unplug it from the mains and allow it to cool down. You can clean the outside of the heater with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth or a soft brush. You can also use a damp (not wet!) cloth with a non-aggressive cleaning agent.
- Please note that the lamp must be completely dry before it is switched on again. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, scouring pads, brushes, or chemical cleaning agents, as these may damage the material. In addition, never use flammable cleaning agents such as paraffin or alcohol.
- Never immerse the plug, power cord or any other part of the appliance in water or any other type of liquid. As it may cause electric shocks.
Maintenance
- The heater does not include any parts that require maintenance or need to be replaced/ repaired by the user. Therefore, the appliance must not be disassembled by unqualified persons. For safety reasons, the heater must be replaced by a qualified electrician or an approved service company.
- Damage and malfunctions resulting from repairs or modifications made by the user to the appliance, accidents, misuse, neglect, improper or inadequate maintenance and commercial use invalidate the warranty.

7. DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES

This symbol indicates that, according to the applicable regulations, the product and/or batteries must be disposed of separately from household waste. When this product reaches the end of its shelf life, you should dispose of the cells/batteries/accumulators and take them to a collection point designated by the local authorities.
