(3) Adjustable four-outlet nozzle: suitable for spraying tall crops and fruit trees. However, it can result in significant loss of pesticide.

5 important notes

  1. The battery has been charged before being delivered. However, it will be automatically discharged during transportation and storage. Therefore, additional charging is required before initial use.
  2. Make every effort to avoid operating the sprayer without water, as this may damage the diaphragm. Never place the sprayer upside down. Otherwise, the battery may be damaged.

  3. In case a burst is heard from inside the sprayer or poor atomization after long-term use, it shows low current voltage and requires timely charging. Connect the charging plug to the "charging" socket without removing the battery from the sprayer. For each charge, a duration of at least 8 hours is required. The charger should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated and safe place more than 50 cm above the ground.

  4. Test spraying with clean water is necessary for initial use to ensure no leaks or poor atomization.

  5. There are some points that the operator should remember when spraying:

- The use of a mask and gloves is required. Never operate with a naked body. Never let pesticides come into contact with your body. Never spray pesticide upwind. Never spray humans, animals or food. Never operate for a long time at high temperature. Never drink alcohol immediately after spraying. Strict compliance with the pesticide manufacturer's safety instructions is required when dispensing the pesticide.

- Never operate with special liquids such as strong acids, strong bases and flammable products. Never use highly persistent and highly toxic pesticides to control pests on vegetables, fruit trees, tea and medicinal plants.

- The unit should be thoroughly cleaned after each use to avoid corrosion, clogging and mixing of residual lucidum with the liquid from the next spray, which can damage crops or reduce effects. Cleaning method: for outdoors, rub with a damp cloth. For interior. Fill with a small amount of water and shake before turning on the power to discharge.

  1. In the case of short-term operations, recharging is not required for each use. In case of long-term storage, regular discharge and recharging of liquid with an interval of half a month, one month or two months is necessary to ensure the life of the battery.

  2. Do not operate this sprayer in a place with a temperature above 45 or below 10.

  3. After using for half a year. You need to disassemble the base and check whether the screws are loose or not. If they are loose, tighten them.

Be sure to turn off the power before storing it.

It is strictly prohibited to keep this sprayer near fire or expose the base to water or immerse the machine in water for cleaning or filling.

Never spray powders or particles with this sprayer.

Unauthorized removal of the charger housing is prohibited.

As a general rule:

- Do not use pesticides/products that are banned by authorities.

- Battery recharge

If the cord or plug is damaged or the plug is loose, do not use it, or you may receive an electric shock, fire or other electrical damage.

Do not pull the plug with wet hands to avoid electric shock.

If the plug is not inserted fully, there is also a risk of electric shock or fire.

Please remove dust or other dirt from the plug. Dust can also cause fires when in contact with electrical surfaces.

Do not place this machine in a humid or dusty place to avoid electric shock, heat, combustion, etc.

Do not charge more than the set charging time, or it will cause the battery to leak, heat break, etc; and thus reduce its useful life.

When storing the machine, avoid direct sunlight on the equipment. Also avoid hot environments and areas/objects that emit heat on their own. Otherwise, the wear of the battery will accelerate, and may render it invalid and unusable for further work.

Do not charge the battery when the battery temperature is low or it is extremely cold outside.

NEVER throw the battery into fire or heat it, as this will corrupt it and render it unusable.

If you find battery leakage, color change or deformation, please do not use it anymore and replace it with a new one.

- Spraying

Carry out the operation on preferably cold days with little wind. This can reduce the evaporation and drift of chemicals and improve the effect of the product.

The operator must move with the wind in favor to avoid being impregnated with product by the effect of the air.

If your mouth or eyes are splashed with a chemical product, wash them immediately with clean water and then go to the doctor accompanied by the container of the product and the safety instructions that must be on it in case of poisoning.

If the operator has a headache or dizziness, stop working immediately and go to see a doctor in time with the reference and indications of the applied product.

For operator safety, spraying must be carried out strictly in accordance with chemical instructions and agricultural requirements.

Spray as directed in the pesticide manual and follow instructions on how to remove and clean any residual product mixture in the equipment tank.

After spraying, always wash your hands and face carefully. Also eliminate remains on clothing and other materials susceptible to contamination.

8 Maintenance and storage

- Daily maintenance

The following maintenance should be done after daily work.

1) Cleaning the oil and dust on the surface of the machine.
2) Clean the chemical tank with clean water and dry it.
3) Check all connections and whether there are water or fuel leaks. If there are leaks, repair is necessary before starting new work.
4) Check all screws to see if they are loose or missing. Screw tightly or replace those that are loose or damaged.
5) The battery must be charged before each storage.
6) The machine after each maintenance must be put in a dry and ventilated place. It should be away from fire sources and avoid direct sunlight.

9.2. Deposit for a long time

Depositing the machine for a long time involves maintenance as follows:

1) Clean the surface of the machine carefully
2) Discharge the chemical from the tank and pump, clean them with clean water.
3) The battery must be charged before storing. If deposited for a long time, it must be loaded every

Anova P10B - Deposit for a long time - 1

two months.

4) All plastic parts should not be exposed to sunlight or under pressure from other materials.

5) Cover the machine with a plastic dust cover and store it in a dry and clean place.

a) Cleaning

1) Clean the chemical container. Recover the remaining chemical liquid and wash it. Fill one liter of

Anova P10B - a) Cleaning - 1

water into the chemical tank and then rotate it slightly.

2) Clean the internal fluid pump. After cleaning the chemical tank, refill the clean water and start the liquid pump to spray and clean the entire pipe.

3) Clean the filter net:

(1). Clean the filter mesh at the mouth of the chemical tank.

(2). Clean the suction filter net inside the chemical tank.

There is a filter suction net at the bottom of the chemical tank to prevent the dust coming through the filter net at the mouth of the chemical tank from being sucked into the liquid pump. The suction filter is stuck to spray abnormally and infect the liquid pump greatly. Take out the suction filter to clean it carefully after each use.

The remaining chemical liquids and water washed from the machine should not flow into rivers, lakes, ponds or sewers to avoid contamination. Follow the handling instructions for the chemical.

b) Battery maintenance.

In the course of operation, you need to control the charging frequency and time and with reference to the usual spraying frequency and time. It is best to charge when the battery discharges to 60% to 70%, the average charging time is about 8 hours.

Long charging time may cause the battery to leak water, become hot, and reduce battery life. When we store the battery, it should not be without any charge. Without any charge at the time of storage, we would not be able to recharge it in time for a second use. If we store the battery without energy, vitriolization, the crystallization of lead sulfate, will easily occur, which obstructs the output of electrical ions, and will cause the energy to be insufficient and also the capacity of the battery will be lower. If the battery is left without power for a long time, the battery will be damaged more seriously. Therefore, if we don't use the battery for a while, we should charge it once every two months, so that we can keep the battery in a good condition.

It is normal for the charger to be a little hot during charging.

Overcharging will significantly reduce battery life.

Do not connect the battery directly to the charger while working.

Do not disassemble or assemble the battery. The battery has protective equipment, if you modify it,

it will cause the battery to heat up and lose its properties.

Do not connect the anode and cathode of the battery with metal material. Do not carry the battery with metal material, or it will cause the battery to leak, become hot and lose its properties.

Do not charge in a damp room or with wet hands, or you may receive an electric shock.

Use the special charger supplied with the machine. It is prohibited to charge other electric machines with the special charger of this machine or as a power source.

Do not leave this machine under the sun, in high temperature conditions or elements that radiate heat, or it will accelerate the deterioration of the battery, cause the battery to leak liquid, radiate heat, split and lose its properties.

The charger light will turn on if charging immediately after finishing charging. Do not leave the battery connected for too long as it will result in overcharging.

If you find that the charger is abnormal, please remove the plug immediately to avoid electric shock, fire or explosion.

Do not throw the battery into fire or heat it, as the battery will split and electrolyte will splash out.

c). Replacing the fuse

To protect the cable and the electric machine, this machine is equipped with a fuse. If it blows due to something, unplug the equipment from its right and left sides, take out the battery assembly, loosen the packing strap, remove the battery, and open the fuse cover to replace the damaged fuse with a new one. Find out the cause of the blown and remedy it before working again and having the same problem.

Some possible causes of fuse failure:

  • The charger does not match the battery or has compatibility problems.
  • The pesticide has adhered to the liquid pump.
  • The cable is shorted due to damage.
  • Incorrect connection.
