1. NEVER immerse base in water.

4. NEVER use a scouring pad on the appliance.
5. NEVER leave appliance unattended while in use.
6. NEVER place anything other than what is being cooked on the appliance.
7. Unplug unit from outlet when not in use and during cleaning.
8. DO NOT operate this appliance with a damaged cord or plug, nor if the appliance ever malfunctions.
9. DO NOT place Base in a dishwasher.
10. Always keep Drip Tray in place while cooking hot dogs.
11. Keep out of reach of children.
12. This appliance is NOT A TOY.
13. Unsupervised young children and cognitively challenged individuals should never operate this appliance.
14. Young children should be supervised while in proximity of the appliance to ensure that they do not play with it.
15. Preheating of the appliance is not necessary.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Basic safety precautions should always be followed when using electrical appliances, including the following:

1. Read all instructions before operating this appliance.
2. Avoid contact with moving parts.
3. To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plug or any part of this appliance in water or other liquids.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before removing parts and before cleaning.
6. DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, nor if the appliance has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest repair shop for examination or repair.
7. The manufacturer does not recommend the use of accessory attachments. Use of accessory attachments may cause injuries.
8. DO NOT use outdoors.
9. Position the appliance as close to the outlet as possible to prevent injury due to tripping over cord.

10. DO NOT place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, nor in a heated oven.

11. Extreme caution must be used when moving this appliance.

12. DO NOT use the appliance for other than its intended use.
13. An appliance that is plugged into an outlet should not be left unattended while in operation.
14. Check Stainless Steel Rollers for presence of foreign objects prior to use.
15. Make sure the Stainless Steel Rollers are properly inserted into Base prior to using.
16. DO NOT attempt to place Stainless Steel Rollers on Base or remove from Base while motor is on.
17. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled or tripping over a long cord.
18. Longer detachable power supply cords can be used if care is exercised in their use.
19. The marked electrical rating of an extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
20. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
21. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.

This item features 5 rollers and 2 cooking racks for buns, toppings, and more! Cook to perfection using the timer and see-through doors for visible cooking progress. Its compact size is perfect for dorms, camping, picnics, and more!

PARTS & ASSEMBLY

ASSEMBLY

Your HOT DOG ROLLER requires very little assembly. All you need to do is insert the Drip Tray into the slot on the unit.

DIAL & POWER SETTINGS

Turn the TIME dial to begin heating rollers and warmer. Turn the dial to your desired amount of of cooking time.

Push the POWER & ROLL swutch to begin rotating hot dog rollers.

NOTE: Turning the POWER & ROLL switch to ON does not activate heating elements.

NOTE: "I" means ON, "0" mean OFF.

HOW TO OPERATE

• Place the HOT DOG ROLLER & BUN WARMER on a stable surface near an electrical outlet before starting. Always make sure that the cord is away from any water source. It is acceptable to use an extension cord if necessary. Once confirmed plug in unit.
• Place the Drip Tray/Crumb Tray is in place. NOTE: The Drip Tray/Crumb Tray can be placed either under the bun warmer racks or right below the hot dog rollers.
• The POWER BUTTON switch on the right of the HOT DOG ROLLER turns on the power. Turn to the ON position. The indicator light will then turn red.
• Place the hot dogs on the Rollers (evenly spaced). Up to eight regular-sized hot dogs or 12 breakfast sausage links can be cooked at one time. Place buns and toppings inside BUN WARMER. NOTE: To prevent buns from drying out, wrap in foil or paper towel prior to placing in warmer.

CAUTION: Always keep the clear, top cover open while cooking.

- Turning the TIMER dial will activate the heating elements. Turn TIMER dial to desired amount of time to begin cooking process. NOTE: Turning the TIMER dial also activates heating elements inside the bun warmer as well.

• As the hot dogs cook, they will begin to darken in color. Depending on the type and size of hot dog cooking time will vary. The thicker the hot dog, the longer it will take to cook through. NOTE: Don't forget to keep an eye on the buns or toppings in the warmer as well!
• Once hot dogs are cooked thoroughly, using tongs (not included), remove a bun from the bun warmer and a hot dog from the hot roller. Repeat until all hot dogs and buns are gone. CAUTION: Use tongs (not included) as BUN WARMER & HOT DOG ROLLERS will be hot.
• After the cooked hot dogs are removed from the Rollers, they can be replaced with new hot dogs to cook if desired. CAUTION: Use tongs when adding more buns and hot dogs as unit may still be hot. NOTE: Remember to reset the timer to resume the heating process.
• By following these simple instructions, your HOT DOG ROLLER & BUN WARMER will be fun for friends, family, and kids of all ages!
• Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative. When not in use, the machine should be unplugged, allowed to cool and stored in a safe and dry location.

HELPFUL TIPS

POWER LIGHT

- If the red power indicator light does not come on after turning the dial to the ON position, check the electrical plug to make sure it is fully plugged into outlet.

ROLLERS

• If the Rollers are not turning, make sure the power light is on and the unit is fully plugged into outlet. Turn unit off and on again. Make sure the end roller pin is correctly inserted into the Base.
• Sometimes hot dogs are square in shape which prevents them from rolling properly. Rotate the hot dogs, using tongs, on the Rollers until they begin to plump from cooking. They will eventually even out in shape and automatically move on the rollers.
• If hot dogs are cooking unevenly, move the hot dogs from one side of the Rollers to the other.

HEATING

• To prevent buns from drying out, wrap in foil or paper towel prior to placing in warmer.
• Use the BUN WARMER for more than buns! Heat nacho cheese, chili, saurfraout, grilled onions and more! NOTE: Grilled onions need to be grilled prior.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning. Allow all parts to COOL to the touch, especially the Rollers, Cooking Racks, and Drip Tray.

Before first use and continuing after each use, be sure to wipe off the Hot Dog Rollers with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. For more vigorous cleaning use a damp cloth with soap, then use a damp cloth with water to remove soap. Dry throughouty. CAUTION: Never place the Base in a dishwasher.

Use a variety food items with your HOT DOG ROLLER for a quick, easy-to-serve meal:

• A Variety of Regular-Sized Hot Dogs and Wieners (Beef, Turkey, Veggie, or Chicken)
• Sausage Links
  • Taquitos

Use the BUN WARMER for more than buns! Heat nacho cheese, chili, sauerkraut, grilled onions and more! NOTE: Grilled onions need to be grilled prior.

SHOULD YOUR UNIT NOT WORK OR IF DAMAGED WHEN YOU FIRST TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX, PLEASE RETURN IT TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE IMMEDIATELY.

Nostalgia Products LLC (the "Company") hereby warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal home use, provided that the product is operated and maintained in accordance with the operating instructions. As the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty, the Company will at its discretion either repair or replace the product found to be defective, or issue a refund on the product during the warranty period. This warranty is only available to the original retail purchaser of the product from the date of initial retail purchase, and is only valid with the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase date is required to obtain warranty benefits. All warranty claims must be brought to the attention of the Company within the warranty period and no later than 30 days of the failure to perform. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by shipping, mishandling, misuse, accident, alteration, improper replacement parts, or other than ordinary household use. You may be required to return the product (with shipping prepaid by you) for inspection and evaluation. Return shipping costs are not refundable. The Company is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. Unless otherwise specifically permitted by the operating instructions, this warranty applies to indoor household use only. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with this product or the use thereof. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty does not apply to re-manufactured merchandise.
