- Read the manual completely before using the product!
- Before using the heater, check whether the voltage indicated on the rating plate matches that of your mains supply!
- Do not pull the cable if you want to disconnect the plug from the power source. Always pull the plug itself!
- Never block the fan of the device. This could damage the device or result in a fire or electric shock!
- Never block the air inlet of the interior fan heater!
- Disconnect the plug from the power source if the device is not being used! Do not leave the heater fan unattended!
- This device emits a lot of heat during operation. Hence touch only the operating controls. In case of doubt, use heat-resistant gloves.
- Keep flammable materials such as pillows, paper, clothing, curtains or other highly flammable objects away from the fan heater!
- This device is only intended for personal use!
- Caution! The fan heater is not suitable to be used in confined areas if they are occupied by persons who are not able to leave the room or the vehicle by themselves.
- The cleaning and the user maintenance should not be carried out by children.
- This device can be operated by children from 8 years of age and above,
as well as by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or who lack knowledge or experience, if they have been supervised or instructed regarding safe use of the device, and understand the resultant dangers.
- CAUTION! Some parts of the product may become very hot and cause burns. Be very careful if children or frail persons are present.
- Never immerse it in water for cleaning. Wipe the body with a dry cloth.
- Place the device at least 30 cm from other objects.
- Use this device only on a flat surface.
- Disconnect the device when not in use or during cleaning.
- Keep the device at least 90 cm away from flammable materials, such as
furniture, curtains, bedding, clothing or paper.
- Never allow the cable to come in contact with hot or damp surfaces.
- Do not turn on the device if you find a defect in the power cord. Contact the manufacturer of the product in such cases.
- ATTENTION: Please do not cover!
- Never cover the product during operation or shortly after operation (e.g. with clothing, a blanket, a curtain, etc.) to avoid overheating of the product. There is also a fire hazard!

3. Function
The Brandon fan heater is a practical and cost-effective alternative compared to a conventional heater. Warm up the desired space using the fan heater so that you are not affected by low temperatures any more.

5. Installation
When the device is put into operation for the first time, check the intactness of the product or components and their function again. Take the appliance out of the package and remove all packaging material. The fan heater has to be placed on a flat surface.
Caution! Ensure that the device is not placed near any flammable materials or fluids, or with the air discharge pointing in these directions. Never operate the device unattended and check it before each use for possible damage and correct mounting.
6. Initial use
Connect the device to a 230 V AC socket. To start the device, turn the "On/Off/Speed settings" switch, located on the top of the device, to the desired speed and select the desired temperature using the Temperature regulator.
7. Overheating
Overheating generally occurs only if one of the openings of the fan heater is blocked. This device comes with a non self-resetting thermal fuse. The heater switches off automatically once the overheating temperature is reached. The fan heater can be operated again only after the fuse is replaced by the manufacturer or an equally qualified person.
8. Safety instructions and liability disclaimer
Never try to open the device to carry out repairs or conversions. Avoid contact with mains voltages. Do not short-circuit the product. The device is not certified for use in the open air; only use it in dry conditions. Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Keep it away from high temperatures. Do not subject the device to sudden changes in temperature or heavy vibration as this might damage electronic components. Examine the device for damage before using it. The unit should not be used if it has received an impact or has been damaged in any other way. Please observe national regulations and restrictions. Do not use the device for purposes other than those described in the instructions. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children or mentally impaired persons. Any repair or alteration to the device not carried out by the original supplier, will invalidate the warranty or guarantee. The product may only be used by persons who have read and understood these instructions. The device specifications may change without any separate prior notice to this effect.
9. Disposal instructions
Electrical and electronic devices may only be disposed of in accordance with the European WEEE Directive and not with household rubbish. Components must be disposed of or recycled separately as dangerous, toxic elements can inflict sustained damage on the environment if they are disposed of incorrectly.
