What to do in case of a power outage?

The UPS automatically switches to battery. You have 3 to 15 minutes depending on the load to save your work and properly shut down your equipment. An audible alarm sounds to alert you.

How to replace the UPS battery?

Unplug the UPS and remove the access panel (usually on the front or back). Disconnect the terminals of the old battery and replace it with an identical battery (12 V / 7 Ah). Observe polarity. Close the panel and reconnect the UPS.

Why does my UPS beep?

A continuous beep indicates a mains power failure. An intermittent beep signals a low battery or a fault. Check the indicator lights to identify the issue. If the beeping persists, check the battery.

How to clean the EnerGenie UPS?

What do the LED indicators mean?

Solid green LED: normal operation. Flashing green LED: battery charging. Solid red LED: fault. Flashing red LED: low battery or overload. Refer to the manual for more details.

How to extend battery life?
