Frequently Asked Questions - ws14 Wëasy

How to use the cord rewinder?
Press the rewinder button on the unit with your foot to rewind the cord. Never pull the cord beyond the red mark.
When should I empty the dust container?
Empty the container as soon as the dust reaches the level mark (about 1/4 of capacity). An overfilled container reduces suction.
How to clean the filters?
Unplug the unit. The multi-cyclonic filter can be washed with warm water and must air dry for 24 hours. The rear filter can also be washed with warm water. Replace filters every 6 to 12 months.
What should I do if suction is weak?
Check if the container is full, if the filters are clogged, or if the hose/brush is blocked. Turn off and unplug before checking.
Can I vacuum water or liquids?
No, this vacuum is designed only for dry cleaning. Never vacuum liquids, hot ashes, or sharp objects.
How to assemble the vacuum?
Insert the hose into the air inlet until it clicks. Attach the telescopic tube to the handle then to the floor brush. Use the ventilation on the handle to adjust power.
The vacuum stops during use. What should I do?
The stop may be due to overheating. Turn off, unplug, and check that nothing is blocking the air passages. Let it cool before restarting.
How to maintain the floor brush?
Regularly check that the brush is not blocked by hair or fibers. Clean it with a dry or damp cloth.
What is the warranty period?
The warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Wear parts (filters, accessories) are excluded.
Where can I find spare parts?
Visit the customer service website: sav.hkoenig.com. You can order filters and accessories compatible with your ws14 model.
