SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before use make sure to read all of the below instructions in order to avoid injury or damage, and to get the best results from the appliance. Make sure to keep this manual in a safe place. If you give or transfer this appliance to someone else make sure to also include this manual.
In case of damage caused by user failing to follow the instructions in this manual the warranty will be void. The manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages caused by failure to follow the manual, a negligent use or use not in accordance with the requirements of this manual.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- Regarding the instructions for cleaning the surfaces which come in contact with food or oil, please refer to the paragraph "CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE" of the manual.
- This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- Before inserting the plug into the mains socket, please check that the voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating label.
- Always plug the appliance into an earthed plug socket.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; farm houses; by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; bed and breakfast type environments.
- Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use and before cleaning.
- Ensure that the mains cable is not hung over sharp edges and keep it away from hot objects and open flames.
- Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water or other liquids. There is danger to life due to electric shock!
- To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug. Do not pull the power cord.
- Do not touch the appliance if it falls into water. Remove the plug from its socket, turn off the appliance and send it to an authorized service center for repair.
- Do not plug or unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
- Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance, or to repair the appliance yourself. This could cause electric shock.
- Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
- This appliance is not designed for commercial use.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
- Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
- Place the appliance on a stable, level surface from which it cannot fall off.
- The use of accessory attachment not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- If you use products with non-stick surfaces, please make sure no birds are in the same room and that the room can be completely closed off and well-ventilated.

BEFORE INTITIAL USE
- Remove all packaging.
- Unwind the mains cable completely.
- Press the upper / bottom plate release button to remove the upper / bottom grill plate. Clean them and other accessories. NEVER IMMERSE THE MAIN BODY INTO WATER. See the "cleaning and maintenance" subsection below for detailed instructions.
- Insert the upper / bottom grill plates /oil drip tray into their respective positions before use.
Notice: When your grill is heated for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odor. This is normal and harmless.
HOW TO USE
Place the product on a clean, flat, level, stable, heat-resistant surface with at least 4-6 inches of space on all sides to allow adequate air circulation. For best results, lightly coat the cooking plates with a little cooking oil or cooking spray.
The appliance has 3 cooking positions, adjust the upper plate to have 3 cooking positions according to the different cooking purpose.
- Closed position:

Use this position when heating the product and when grilling most foods. In this position, food will cook quickly since both sides cook at the same time.
1) Close the upper plate.
2) Connect the power plug to a suitable outlet. Press the on/off button "播放", the machine is now standby.
3) Press the temperature button “/”, you can set your desired temperature from 130^ C to 230^ C; press the timer button “/”, you can set your desired timer from 1 minute to 30 minutes; the set temperature or timer will show on the timer / temperature display. You can also long press the buttons for rapid adjustment.
4) You can also press the menu-button “☐” to directly choose your desired setting among the default menus. If you wish to adjust the time or temperature a little, please press the button “☐ / ☐” or “☐ / ☐” to make adjustment.
Note: The display will be off automatically if it is in standby for about 3 minutes. You shall press the on/off button to activate them.
5) Press the on/off button “☐”, the appliance starts working. The icon “☐” will be flashing on the display.
6) When icon “▶” stops flashing with 2 beep sound, the preheating is finished. The timer will start to count down.
7) Open the upper plate.
8) Put the sandwich, meat or other food on the bottom cooking plate.
9) Close the grill. The upper plate will self-adjust to the thickness of the food.
NOTE: If cooking more than one piece of food at a time, food items should be similar in thickness to ensure the upper plate rests evenly on the food for even cooking.
10) When the whole cooking process is finished, the timer will ring. You can press the pause button "
at any time during the operation to stop working. Long press the button can cancel the program and back to the standby mode.
11) Use the handle to open the lid. Remove the food with the help of a plastic heat-resistant spatula. Never use metal tongs or a knife as these can cause damage to the non-stick coating of the cooking plates.
Note: the appliance has a securing latch:
Slide the latch to position A, the handle is unlocked.
when the upper plate is closed, side the latch to position B, the handle is locked; it is easy to move the appliance.
When the upper plate is in open position, slide the latch to position B/C/D, then close the upper plate; you can adjust the distance between the upper plate and bottom plate.

- Open Position:
The upper plate is open. Lift the handle until the upper housing is at about a 90° angle. The position is appropriate for when grilling certain foods in which the upper grill plate is not appropriate, such as pizza or fish.
Follow steps 2,3,4,5,6,8,10 in above section "closed position".
- Flat Position:

Use the grill as an open grill to cook burgers, steak, poultry (we do not recommend cooking bone-in chicken, since it does not cook evenly on an open grill), fish and vegetables.
Use the product in this position when grilling larger amounts of food or cooking foods on different plates to avoid combining flavors.
Follow steps 2,3,4,5,6,8,10 in above section "closed position".
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Always switch off and unplug the appliance after use. Allow it to cool down before cleaning.
- Clean the housing with a soft damp cloth and then dry it thoroughly.
- Remove any leftover food from the grill plates with the scraper.
- Clean the grill plates and scraper in warm soapy water; rinse and dry.
- Remove and empty the oil drip tray. Wash it in warm soapy water.
- Never use abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects (e.g. scrubbing brush or knife) for cleaning.
Caution: Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. There is danger to life due to electric shock!

Defects which arise due to improper handling of the device and malfunctions due to interventions and repairs by third parties or the fitting of non-original parts are not covered by this guarantee. Always keep your receipt, without the receipt you can't claim any form of warranty. Damage caused by not following the instruction manual, will lead to a void of warranty, if this results in consequential damages then we will not be liable. Neither can we hold responsible for material damage or personal injury caused by improper use if the instruction manual is not properly executed. Damage to accessories does not mean free replacement of the whole appliance. In such case please contact our service department. Broken glass or breakage of plastic parts is always subject to a charge. Defects to consumables or parts subjected to wearing, as well as cleaning, maintenance or the replacement of said parts are not covered by the warranty and are to be paid.
