Operation
Up to 3 hen's eggs can be boiled at a time. Fresh eggs will produce the best result.

Caution
Use caution when handling the filling cup. The egg pricker underneath the filling cup is sharp.
1 Fill the measuring cup with the required amount of water. The water amount depends on the number of eggs and desired degree of hardness. Observe the markings on the measurement cup as well as the following illustration.
| ○ | soft boiled egg |
| ● | medium boiled egg |
| ● | hard boiled egg |
| Number of egg | Doneness Time |
| 1 Soft boi | ed approx. 5.5 min |
| Medium boiled approx. 8 min | |
| Hard boiled approx. 16 min | |
| 2 Soft boi | ed approx. 6.5 min |
| Medium boiled approx. 10 min | |
| Hard boiled approx. 14 min | |
| 3 Soft boi | ed approx. 8 min |
| Medium boiled approx. 10 min | |
| Hard boiled approx. 14 min |
Note:
Size, temperature and freshness of the eggs influence the degree of hardness. The amount of water has to be adjusted accordingly.
2 Fill in the water into the water tray.
3 Pierce the blunt end of the eggs by using the egg pricker.
This will reduce the risk of the eggs cracking during boiling.
4 Place them with the blunt side up into the egg tray.
5 Place the egg tray onto the base unit and put on the lid.
6 Connect the power plug to a suitable power outlet.
7 Switch the egg cooker on by pushing the On/Off switch. The indicator lights up.
The egg boiler turns off itself after boiling ends.
8 Pull the plug.
9 Open the lid. Caution! Hot stream will escape. Remove the egg tray with the handle and place it immediately under cold running water.
Note
If the eggs stay in the boiler, they will continue to harden. Depending on the size, number and freshness of the eggs, the results may differ slightly.
