- Please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
- All safety instructions and warnings must be adhered to. They are part of the manual and must be kept with the manual.
- Any warranty claims are rendered invalid if damage occurs due to non-observance of these operating an safety instructions. We assume no liability for any consequent damage.
- Unauthorized conversions and/or modifications of the product are not permitted for safety and licensing reasons (CE). The product shall be connected to a power supply only of the type described.
• To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not expose this product to rain or moisture.
- The product is approved for operation in dry, closed rooms only. Do not operate the device nearby water, such as in bathrooms or nearby swimming pools.
- Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures (< +5°C / > +35°C), strong vibrations or heavy mechanical strain during operation.
- Unplug the product from the wall socket when it is not to be used for a long time.
- Do not let foreign objects or liquids enter the housing.
- Do not remove the cover or back, as there are no user-serviceable parts inside.
- Do not place naked flame sources, such as lighted candles on the product.
- Do not use the product in a tropical climate. Only for use in moderate climates.
- A minimum distance of 1m around the product must be kept ensuring sufficient ventilation.
- Do not place the product on soft surfaces such as carpets or beds. Do not cover the air vents of the product. Do not obstruct the air circulation with objects such as magazines, table cloths or curtains. This prevents the dissipation of heat from the appliance and can result in overheating.
- Do not expose the internal battery to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
- The internal battery is not user-replaceable.
• To avoid injury or falls, only lift the device using the handle provided.
• To avoid injury or falls, do not use the device as a seat.
• The device complies with current European legislation regarding human exposure to electromagnetic fields.
- DISCONNECT DEVICE: The power outlet must be installed near the equipment and be easily accessible.
CHARGING THE UNIT
This speaker has a high capacity battery. Please use the supplied lead for charging.
The power adapter has an indicator light that will illuminate red when the speaker is on charge. It takes around 6-8 hours to fully charge the speakers. Disconnect the power adaptor as soon as the battery is fully charged.
Note: When the battery of the speaker is low, please charge it within 48 hours.
NOTE: Please shut down the power switch after you have finished using the system.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES
- PRIOR to using the unit for the first time, please charge fully the battery
- Charge the battery regularly after each use. Don't wait until it is discharged!
- DON'T allow the battery to discharge completely, otherwise it will lose 20% of its capacity or even be totally damaged!
If the voltage becomes too low, the internal circuits are not powered anymore and it will become impossible to recharge the battery! - If you don't use the unit for a longer period of time, it is recommended to charge it at 40% of its capacity and check/charge it once per month.
** BATTERIES ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY **
We cannot be held responsible for damaged batteries further to the non-observance of these basic rules.
USE OF THE REMOTE CONTROL
- Please operate the remote control within 6m and 30^ between the remote and the appliance. Aim the remote at the sensor. Remove all obstacles between the remote and the sensor.
- The remote control might not work properly if the sensor is exposed to strong sunshine.
- If the remote control doesn't work properly, please check the batteries.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BATTERIES

This symbol indicates that used batteries should not be disposed of with household waste but deposited in separate collection points for recycling.
WARNING
Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly placed. Only replace by the same or equivalent type.
The supplied remote control contains a button cell. In case of ingestion, it might cause serious internal burns within only 2 hours that might lead to death.
Keep new and old batteries out of the reach of children.
If the battery compartment doesn't close properly, stop using the product and keep it out of the reach of children.
If you are in doubt whether the batteries have been swallowed or introduced into any other part of the body, contact immediately a doctor.
REMOTE CONTROL
- Standby button
- MODE: Press briefly to cycle through the BT/LINE IN/USB/SD/FM operating modes
- MUTE: Stops the sound. Press again to turn the sound back on.

Play / Pause in USB/SD/Bluetooth mode.
In FM mode, hold the button down to search for radio stations and save them automatically.
In LINE/AUX mode, this button has no function -
In USB/SD mode: Press briefly: Previous track; press and hold: fast rewind.
In BT mode: Press briefly: Previous track
In LINE/AUX mode: no function
In FM mode: back to the last saved station.
- In USB/SD mode: Press briefly = next track; press and hold (>3 sec.) = fast forward.
In BT mode: Short press: Next track
In FM mode: Continue to the next saved station
In LINE mode: No function
• EQ sound effects: Rock, Jazz, Classic, etc.
• VOL-: Reduce volume
• VOL+: Increase volume

DESCRIPTION OF THE REAR PANEL
- Digital MP3 player
- Master volume control
- Input selector: Press this button to switch between the various inputs (USB, SD, Bluetooth, FM)
- In USB/SD/Bluetooth mode: press to go back to the previous track. In FM mode: press to go to the previously stored FM station.
- Play/pause in USB/SD/Bluetooth mode. In FM mode, press and hold this button to start searching for radio stations and store them automatically in the memory
- In USB/SD/Bluetooth mode: press to go to the next track. In FM mode: press to go to the next stored FM station.
- EQ
- Sensor for remote control
- USB stick input
- Mini SD card input
- AUX input via 3.5mm mini stereo jack

- Echo control for the microphone

- Microphone volume control
- When the power adaptor is connected, the indicator lamp lights up in red as long as the battery is charging. It lights up in green, when the battery is fully charged.
- ON/OFF switch of the system

- Switches the LED on the woofer on /off
- AC input connector
Connect the microphone to the MIC IN socket and switch it on.
Note: If you are playing music from any other input, connecting the microphone will not mute the sound output.
KARAOKE FUNCTION
This feature is available with any input. Play a track through AUX/USB/SD/Bluetooth/FM, connect a microphone and sing along.
USB/SD OPERATION
Keep the speaker away from high temperatures, strong magnetic fields and any equipment that could generate interference. If the speaker stops working, switch it off and on again, or unplug USB/SD card and re-plug it. The speaker should be back to normal status.
The maximum size of USB/SD device that can be connected is 32 GB.
Supported music formats: MP3, WMA
- After turning on the speaker, press the "MODE" key to select USB or TF mode and connect a USB or TF device.
- Short press "▶" to play or pause the song.
- Short press "◀◀" to skip to the previous track.
- Short press "▶" to skip to the next track.
FM RADIO FUNCTION
- Turn on the unit and press repeatedly the input selector key on unit and select FM function (the display will show the frequency).
- Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to activate the auto memory (the radio starts an automatic search for available radio stations and saves them automatically). The station's number stored depends on the radio signal in your area. During the search, press PLAY button to stop searching.
- Use the ▶ and ◀ keys to listen to the various radio stations saved in memory.
BLUETOOTH OPERATION
- Turn on the unit and press the input selector button on unit to select the Bluetooth function.
- Activate the Bluetooth feature on the external device to be paired.
- Initiate a search for devices. The device shows up as «PARTY-LED».
- Press the ▶|| button to start playing and the buttons ▶ and ◀ for the selection of songs.

If a problem occurs, follow the steps in the table below. If problem still can't be solved, please contact your retailer.
