FCC STATEMENT

If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

The sleep-wake cycle plays a key role in our biological rhythms, the normal functioning of our body, and consequently in our physical and psychological balance. Melatonin – also known as the sleep hormone – largely determines this sleep/wake cycle. It is usually released at dusk to help us fall asleep.

Our goal is to help you fall asleep faster. To do so, we use red light because, unlike other colours, it doesn't block the release of melatonin and therefore helps you fall asleep.

GET TO SLEEP FASTER AND WAKE UP NATURALLY

Red light does not block the release of melatonin, the sleep hormone. These tones make it easier for you to fall asleep in the evening.

Blue light blocks the release of melatonin. Therefore, these tones help you wake up gently in the morning.

The machine has 4 programmes: 2 falling asleep programmes, 1 wake-up programme and 1 mood light programme.

To connect the device to the mains, use the appropriate plug for the country (rotate until you hear a click). Once plugged in, the display flashes: the product must be set up.

② Setting the alarm

Press the button 🔒.

Use the + or - buttons

to change the alarm.

Confirm the alarm selected

by pressing the button 📞.

③ Setting the music

To add music to your light alarm, press the button 🎯

Use the + or - buttons

to change the music

(choose between 6 different sounds).

Confirm the music selected by pressing the button 🎥.

To turn off the music when you wake up, long press the button ♪.

④ Setting the volume

Press the button 🔊

Use the + or - buttons

to adjust the volume.

Confirm the volume selected by pressing the button 🔒.

GOOD TO KNOW!

1. Be careful not to touch the touch keys on the top of the machine: the settings are only adjusted on the back of the product.

2. To indicate that you are in setup mode, the device lights up.

3. When it gets dark, the display turns off automatically to avoid disturbing your sleep.

4. To reset all the settings (time and alarm), unplug the device and plug it back in while pressing 🔔.

5. The time format is 24 hours.

FALLING ASLEEP PROGRAMME: CARDIAC COHERENCE MODE

Cardiac coherence

Short press: ON/OFF

Duration: 15 minutes

Breathing exercises are known to help relaxation and combat stress. In addition, by having a beneficial effect on your heart rate, cardiac coherence exercises naturally lead you to a state of relaxation, then sleep. Inhale as the red light gets more intense and exhale as it dims. You will slowly begin to relax and be under the best conditions to fall asleep.

DID YOU KNOW?

Your breathing rhythm is faster during the day than at night. That's why following the rhythm of cardiac coherence may seem uncomfortable to you at first - it requires a little practice.

Should I keep my eyes open or closed during the programme? It doesn't matter. You don't have to struggle to keep your eyes open, the brightness is sufficient for you to see whether your eyes are open or closed.

FALLING ASLEEP PROGRAMME: SUNSET MODE

Duration: 20 minutes

This programme uses orange tones that will gradually fade into a warm red to avoid blocking the release of melatonin, the sleep hormone, and help you fall asleep more easily. The machine switches off automatically at the end of the programme.

SUNRISE WAKE-UP PROGRAMME

Wake up

At the scheduled wake-up time:

Short press: snooze

Long press: switch off alarm

Duration: 30 minutes

30 minutes before the scheduled time, your alarm clock is activated with scientifically defined sky blue tones that will gradually fade into lighter ones to block melatonin (the sleep hormone) and help you wake up naturally in the morning.

If you have chosen to add music to your light alarm, it will be turned on at the scheduled time. If you do not stop the alarm, the music and light will automatically turn off after 30 minutes.

Example: my alarm is set for 8:00 a.m.

The display is turned off during the night, so if you want to see the time:

Short press: the time will be displayed for 30 seconds and then disappear automatically.

Operating temperature: +10 °C to +45°C

Size: 11.0 x 11.0 x 7.0 cm

MAINTENANCE: use a soft dry cloth to clean the appliance. DO NOT use detergents at high pressure, abrasives, or any other chemicals.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION: dispose of this device at the end of its life cycle at a designated waste recycling point.

WARRANTY: this appliance is guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects for two years. During this warranty period, if any such defects arise, the product will be replaced free of charge (proof of purchase must be shown in the case of a complaint under warranty). The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or negligence. In the event of a claim, first contact the shop where you purchased your appliance.

This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years or above and by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or a lack of experience and knowledge, if they are adequately supervised, or if instructions on the safe use of the appliance have been given and the hazards involved have been understood. Children must not play with this appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children unsupervised.
