How to connect a computer to the Optoma N3651K monitor?

You can connect a computer via an HDMI cable (HDMI ports 1/2/3) or via USB Type-C (supports DisplayPort and 65W power delivery). Make sure to select the corresponding input source in the shortcut menu.

Why is there no image or sound?

Check that the power and signal cables are properly connected. Make sure the correct input source is selected. Ensure the volume is not muted or set to zero.

How to use the Creative Cast function for wireless projection?

Make sure the monitor and your device (mobile/PC) are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Launch the Creative Cast app on your mobile or via Chrome browser on PC, enter the verification code displayed on screen, then select Mirror or other option.

How to install the monitor on the wall?

Use the optional wall mount kit (WIB6560A for 55-65 inches). The VESA standard is 600x400 mm with M8x25 mm screws. Installation must be carried out by a qualified technician on a concrete wall.

How to update the firmware?

You can update via Internet (OTA) by going to Settings > System > Update > OTA software update. Or via a USB drive: download the firmware to the root of a FAT32 USB drive, plug it into the monitor and go to Settings > System > Update > USB software upgrade. Do not cut off power during the update.

How to reduce eye strain?

Enable the Low blue light function in the Display or Shortcut menu. Adjust the level between 0 and 100. Take 10-minute breaks every hour and look into the distance. Also enable the Flicker-free function for increased visual comfort.

Can third-party applications be installed?

Yes, but you must first enable the Unknown sources option in Security > Advanced settings. Note that the custom Android system does not support Google Play, and some apps may not work correctly. Optoma disclaims all liability in case of issues.

What to do if the remote control does not work?

Check that the batteries are installed correctly (two AAA batteries) and are not depleted. Point the remote at the monitor's IR sensor at an angle of ±° and within 8 meters. Ensure no obstacle blocks the beam.

How to configure the Wi-Fi network?

First connect an optional Wi-Fi dongle to the designated slot. Go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi, enable Wi-Fi and select your network. Enter the password if required. You can also use an Ethernet network via the LAN port.

How to lock the screen to prevent unauthorized use?

Go to Settings > Security > Screen lock password. Set a 4-digit code. To remove the lock, select Clear screen lock password and enter the current code.
