How to install the wall mount?

Use only an Optoma-approved wall mount kit. Attach the mounting brackets to the back of the screen, then hang them on the wall-mounted support. Do not overtighten the screws and call a qualified technician.

How to connect a computer to the touch screen?

Connect an HDMI cable from the computer to one of the HDMI ports on the screen. For touch function, also connect a USB cable from the USB-B port (Touch 1 or 2) to the computer. You can also use a USB-C cable to transmit audio, video, and touch.

How to use the whiteboard?

Press the Whiteboard icon on the home screen or in the side toolbar. You can write with the stylus or your fingers, change color, insert images, and export your annotations. The whiteboard allows real-time collaboration.

How to share screen from a mobile device?

Open the Screen Sharing app on the screen. On your mobile device, join the same Wi-Fi network as the screen, then select the screen from the list or scan the QR code. Screen sharing is compatible with iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac.

What to do if the screen shows no image?

Check that the power cable is plugged in and the power switch is set to I. Ensure that the correct input source is selected (HDMI, USB-C, etc.). Verify that the screen is not in standby mode and that the volume is not muted. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to clean the screen?

Unplug the screen before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the screen. Never use water, spray cleaner, or abrasive products. For the front frame, also use a dry cloth.

How to update the firmware?

Go to Settings > System > Update. You can perform an OTA update (via internet) by enabling automatic check, or use a USB flash drive by downloading the update file from the Optoma website. Do not turn off the screen during the update.

How to configure the Wi-Fi network?

First install the Wi-Fi dongle in the dedicated slot. Go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi, enable Wi-Fi and select your network. Enter the password if required. Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections are mutually exclusive.

The remote control doesn't work, what to do?

Make sure the remote is aimed at the IR receiver of the screen, within an angle of ±30° and less than 8 meters. Replace the batteries with new AAA batteries respecting polarity. Check that there is no obstacle between the remote and the screen.

How to lock the touch screen?

Press the red button on the remote to lock or unlock the power button and touch functions. You can also set a lock password in Settings > Security > Screen Lock. The lock prevents any unauthorized use.
