USER MANUAL Perfect Clean CW1000 Concept
- Use the unit only as described in this operating manual.
- Make sure the mains voltage corresponds to the values on the rating plate of the charging adapter.
- Do not leave the unit unattended when switched on.
- When disconnecting the charging adapter from the wall outlet, never pull the power cord. Grasp the plug and disconnect it by pulling.
- Do not allow children or unskilled people to handle the unit. Use the unit out of the reach of these individuals.
- Take extra care when using the unit near children.
- Don’t let anyone use the unit as a toy.
- Use only accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
- Never use a charging adapter with a damaged power cord or plug. Contact an authorized service center immediately to have the defective components repaired or replaced.
- Keep the product away from heat sources such as radiators, ovens, etc. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or moisture.
- Do not touch the unit with wet or damp hands.
- Do not insert any objects into the openings. Do not use the vacuum cleaner if any openings are obstructed.
- Extra care should be taken while vacuuming on stairs.
- If the suction inlet of the unit is obstructed, turn the unit o and remove the blockage before resuming operation.
- Turn the product o and disconnect the charging adapter from the mains outlet before installing accessories, performing maintenance, or in the case of any failure.
- The unit is suitable for domestic use only. It is not designed for commercial operation.
- Do not vacuum any burning objects such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ash. Reinforced insulation. Protection class III.
33CW 1000• Do not use the unit in wet rooms. Do not vacuum wet objects, liquids, or ammable uids such as gasoline. Do not use the vacuum cleaner in areas where such substances may be present.
- Do not immerse the power cord, charging adapter, or appliance into water or any other liquid.
- Check the appliance as well as the power cord of the charging adapter for damage regularly. Do not switch on a damaged unit.
- Turn the unit o and let it cool down before maintenance and after use.
- Do not discard the accumulator of the unit into the re or expose it to temperatures above 40 °C.
- Do not touch the driven moving parts while the unit is in operation.
- Do not repair the appliance yourself. Contact an authorized service center.
- This appliance may be used by children 8 years of age and older and by persons with physical or mental impairments or by inexperienced persons if they are properly supervised or have been informed about how to use of the product in a safe manner and understand the potential dangers. Children must not play with the appliance. This appliance may be cleaned by children 8 years of age and older if they are properly supervised. Keep this appliance and the power cord out of reach of children younger than 8 years of age. Failure to follow the manufacturer‘s instructions may lead to refusal of warranty repair. 1. Carefully remove all contents from packaging and inspect the product for damage.
2. Assemble the appliance as per the instructions.
3. Charge the product for 4 hours.
4. Your appliance is now ready for use.
Dispose of the packaging in a responsible manner. CHARGING Before first use, charge the product for 4 hours. The window vacuum needs to be charged for 4 hours for 30 minutes of continuous use. How to charge:
1. Connect the lead from the charger to the charging port (11) on the window vac.
2. Plug the charger into the mains. During charging the indicator (10) will light red. When the window
vac is fully charged, the indicator will light green.
3. Remove the charger from the mains and the connector from the window vac.
Note: If the indicator is flashing, the window vac is not charging, press the power button (8) to reset the window vac. ASSEMBLY
1. Put the squeegee vacuum head (1) on the main body. An audible click will be heard, when it is in place.
2. Use the velcro to attach the microfibre cloth (7) on the squeegee vacuum head.
HOW TO USE THE APPLIANCE
1. Wipe the front edge of the squeegee (1) to remove any impurities.
2. Remove the clean water tank cap (3) and fill the tank with water using the water jug. Make sure not to
overfill. You can add a small amount of window cleaning solution.
3. Pull trigger (9) to spray the solution on a window and wipe any excess dirt with the cloth.
4. Turn the window vac on by pressing the power button (8).
5. Move the window vac vertically from the top to the bottom of the window, until the window is
6. Hold the window vac at the bottom of the window to suck any excess dirty water.
7. Turn the window vac off when the dirty water tank (12) is full.
8. Open the dirty water tank cap (6) and pour the content away.
Note: Always unplug the window vac from the charger before assembly, cleaning or maintenance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Do not immerse the main body in water.
- Always unplug the window vac from the charger before cleaning or maintenance.
- Wash the microfibre cloth in warm soapy water and let it dry properly.
- To clean the exterior of the window vac, wipe it with a soft damp cloth and then let it dry properly.
- Clean the squeegee vacuum head and spray head in warm soapy water and let it dry. Questions Answers It does not spray Fill the water tank with water. Spray nozzle is blocked. Fill the tank with warm water and gently pull the trigger to unblock the nozzle. If this fails, contact the customer service. Water is leaking from the tank The water tank is overfilled or the dirty water tank is full. Check the rubber sealing of the filter unit, if it is damaged, contact the dealer to provide a new one. It does not suck The vacuum is not charged sufficiently.• Recycle packaging materials and old appliances rather than throwing them away.
- The appliance box may be disposed of at a sorted waste collection point.

By making sure this product is disposed of properly, you will help prevent negative eects on the environment and human health that would otherwise result from inappropriate disposal of this product. Disposal of accumulators and battery cells If an appliance contains an accumulator or a battery cell, these components contain substances that may damage the environment when decomposing. Prior to the appliance disposal or the accumulator or battery cell replacement, it is necessary to remove the original component and take it to a suitable designated collection yard. WARNING! An accumulator or battery cell:
- Never throw into a re!
- Never disassemble it!
- Never short-circuit its terminals! Should an accumulator or battery cell leakage occur, the leaked solution is of an alkaline character. If your skin gets stained, rinse it immediately with soap and water and seek medical treatment. This product meets all the basic EU regulation requirements that relate to it. Changes to the text, design and technical specications may occur without prior notice and we reserve the right to make these changes.
CW 1000EN WARRANTY TERMS Warranty The manufacturer (or importer) is responsible for en-suring the product complies with the requirements of applicable legal regulations as well as those of the rel-evant technical standards. Moreover, they are respon-sible for ensuring the product has the properties the manufacturer described in documents related to the goods or those reasonably expected by the customer with regard to the nature of the goods or based on advertising produced by the manufacturer, and fur-ther they are responsible for ensuring the product is t for the purpose proposed by the manufacturer or that a product of the same type is normally used for. The quality warranty term is 24 months from product takeover by the customer. In terms of these warranty conditions, a defective accumulator is an accumulator that is electronically malfunctioning (i.e. it does not communicate with the basic unit, its charging or discharging circuits are faulty, etc.) or has an internal short-circuit.Defects or changes of parameters resulting from nor-mal use and/or wear (e.g. natural decrease in capac-ity) are not, in any event, considered to be defects in terms of warranty.The warranty for the accumulators is granted for 6 months. In terms of these warranty conditions, an ac-cumulator has the nature of consumables. For details, see “Consumables”.Consumables For consumables (batteries, etc.) we guarantee the maintenance of technical parameters for 6 months, unless the product has been damaged as a result of improper use or its service life has expired.The warranty does not apply to wear and tear caused by regular use. The customer shall not be entitled to any warranty claims if, prior to taking the product over, they knew the product contained a defect or if the defect is attributable to the customer. - if the product installation, operation and service conditions stipulated in the product operating manual have not been adhered to,
- to malfunctions caused due to mechanical, heat or chemical damage, short circuit, over voltage or incorrect installation,
- to malfunctions caused by an inexpert third-party intervention,
- to malfunctions caused by natural disaster,
- to malfunctions caused by insucient or inappro- priate maintenance in violation of the operating manual, including malfunctions caused by water and other sediments,
- to changes in colour of the heating surface or to scratching of the surface caused as a result of us- ing the products in an unusual manner,
- to appearance and functional changes caused by exposure to sunlight, thermal radiation of water and other sediments,
- if the service life of certain product parts expires, e.g. for accumulators, bulbs, etc. The warranty does not apply to any products and ser- vices provided along with the product (gifts, promo- tional articles, etc.). Filing a complaint A complaint against a product defect must be led as soon as identied, yet no later than before the end of the warranty term. The customer must le a product complaint with the dealer from which they have purchased the pro- duct, or with any authorised service centre, a list of which is included in the product package, or available at www.my-concept.com. While ling a product complaint, the product must be duly cleaned and securely packed so as to prevent any damage during its transport to an authorised service centre, where relevant, unless the product is delivered in person. The customer must submit proof of having conclud- ed a purchase contract for the product by producing the receipt. While ling their complaint, the customer must indi- cate the noted defect and identify the preferred com- plaint application method. Complaints processing As long as the noted defect may be removed, the user has the right to have the defect duly removed free of charge on a timely basis. Where such a procedure is not reasonable with re- gard to the nature of the defect, the user may require to be supplied a new defect-free product (replace- ment), or, where the defect applies to a part of the product only, replacement of the part concerned. However, if replacement of the product or any part thereof is not proportionate with regard to the nature of the defect, especially if the defect can be removed without undue delay, the customer has the right to have the defect removed free of charge. If the noted defect is not removable, or if the custom- er becomes entitled to replacement of the product or a part thereof, yet the replacement is not possible, for example due to the product having been sold out, the customer has the right to return the product (withdrawal from the contract). The customer shall have the right to a new product (re- placement) or to replacement of a part of the product even if the defect can be removed, provided they can- not properly use the product due to repeated occur- rence of the defect or due to a high number of such de- fects. In such a case, the customer also has the right to return the product (by withdrawing from the contract). If the product is not returned (the customer does not withdraw from the contract), or if the customer does not apply the right to a new defect-free product (replacement), to replacement of a part thereof or to repair of the product, they may request a reasonable discount. The customer also has a right to a reason- able discount if a new defect-free product cannot be supplied to them, or if a product part cannot be replaced or the product repaired unless the situation is remedied within a reasonable time limit, or if rem- edying the situation would create major discomfort on the part of the customer.
