Where can I find the mains adapter?

This product is delivered without a mains adapter but with a USB power cable. Use your mobile phone's mains adapter (output 5-9 V) connected to this cable.

Why is the winder not turning?

Check that the power cable is properly attached to the winder, that the adapter is plugged into the mains, and that the switch under the rotating plate is in the on position.

Why does the winder stop after a few minutes?

This is normal depending on the selected program. For example, program P4 has a stop of 9 hours after 3 hours of rotation. If the stop persists abnormally, check the connections and the switch.

The winder is not winding my watch, why?

Make sure your watch is an automatic mechanical watch. Program P4 is not suitable for low-winding watches; use P1, P2, or P3 instead.

How do I correctly install my watch on the support?

Remove the foam support from the plate, place the watch around it, close the strap, then insert the support into the groove. If the strap is too short, gently force it as the foam deforms, or orient the watch differently.

Why is there no battery compartment?

This product uses a USB cable for power, which is more economical and durable than batteries. You can plug it into a mains adapter or an external battery (capacity 1500-2100 mA).

Can I use an external battery?

Yes, you can use an external battery (power bank) as a power source. It is more durable and economical than traditional batteries. A typical external battery (10,000-20,000 mA) allows multiple cycles.

What maintenance is recommended?

To extend the motor's lifespan, let it rest 2 hours after 30 days of continuous use. Use the provided cloth to clean the device.

What programs are available?

Four programs: P1 (2 min forward, 6 min pause), P2 (2 min reverse, 6 min pause), P3 (alternating forward/reverse 2 min, pause 6 min), P4 (5 min forward/reverse, cycle 3h, stop 9h). Select via the program selector.

Does the blue LED light always work?

The blue LED ambient light is controlled by an independent ON/OFF switch. You can turn it on or off as you prefer.

The DC input at the bottom left of the rear panel is a 5-9 V power connector. Please connect a suitable USB power cable.

Before using the product, read these instructions carefully and keep them.

Remove the memory foam holder from the rotary plate, place your watch around it, close the strap and place the holder in the groove. If you cannot place your watch around the holder normally (because the strap is too short), either strap the watch in place with force, as the memory foam can be deformed, or attach the watch to the memory foam holder in a different alignment (as shown in the picture below right).

- A power bank can also be used as a power source, which is more durable and economical than batteries.
- The multi-level program is suitable for various application scenarios.
- Blue LED ambient light (with independent switch control).
- Men's and women's watches can be attached to the memory foam holder.

Please note:

• Operate this product with a mobile phone power adapter with an output voltage of 3-9 V.
• Never use the power adapter of another electronic device.
• Do not turn the rotary plate in the watch winder, otherwise the built-in circuit of your watch winder will be damaged.
  • To increase motor life, allow the motor to rest for 2 hours after 30 consecutive days.

PROGRAMS

• OFF: Rotate off
  • P 1: 2 minutes forward, 6 minutes rest, etc.
  • P 2: 2 minutes backwards, 6 minutes rest, etc.
  • P 3: 2 minutes forward, 6 minutes break, 2 minutes backwards, 6 minutes break, etc.
  • P 4: The watch winder holds for 3 hours and stops after 9 hours after rotating forward 5 minutes and backward 5 minutes.
  • ON/OFF switch: Ambient light on/off

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

(1) Where can I find the AC adapter?

This product is not equipped with an AC adapter but rather with a USB power cord. Connect your mobile phone's power adapter to this USB power cable to operate the product.

(2) Why doesn't the watch winder rotate?

Check that the power cord is properly attached to the watch winder. Check if your power adapter is properly connected to the mains. Check that the button switch under the watch winder turntable is in the working position.

(3) Why does the watch winder stop running after a few minutes?

Usually it will run again in a few minutes (depending on the program).

If it doesn't work for a long time, please check the details of the set program. In program 4 it stays still for 9 hours. Many customers then mistakenly think that the product is broken. After 9 hours, however, the watch winder starts again and continues with the program. If this is not the case, please read the answers to question 2.

(4) The watch winder cannot wind my movement, why?

First, make sure your mechanical watch has an automatic movement winding feature. Program 4 is not suitable for mechanical watches with low efficiency, in the worst case the watch will break.

(5) How do I put my watch on the watch holder correctly?

Remove the memory foam holder from the rotary plate, place your watch around it, close the strap and place the holder in the groove. If you cannot put your watch around the mount normally (because the strap is too short), use force to buckle the watch as the memory foam can be reshaped.

(6) Why is there no battery compartment in the watch winder?

This product is equipped with a USB power cord, so it can be charged by the mobile phone power adapter or a power bank, the durability and economy of which is several times higher than that of a battery. The charging capacity of the watch winder is around 1500-2100 mA (as much as five conventional 1.5 batteries). A traditional power bank has a capacity of about 10000-20000 mA, so it can be used for repeated charging.
