Frequently Asked Questions - CVT 3400 Orbegozo

How to assemble the feet of the Orbegozo CVT 3400 heater?
Carefully turn the appliance over. Use the four screws provided to attach the two feet to the heater, at the side hollow parts. Make sure the feet are positioned at the very bottom.
How to set the desired temperature?
Turn the Thermostat Knob fully clockwise to set it to maximum. Turn on the heating elements via the switches. When the desired temperature is reached, slowly turn the thermostat counterclockwise until you hear a 'click': the heater will then maintain the set temperature.
What is the maximum power of the heater?
The nominal thermal power is 2.0 kW. Using both switches gives you maximum power. The Turbo fan does not change the power but accelerates heat distribution.
How to clean the heater?
Always unplug the appliance and let it cool before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth, then with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive products and avoid water entering the interior.
Can I use the heater in a bathroom?
No, do not use it in the immediate vicinity of a bathtub, shower, or swimming pool. The heater is not designed for humid rooms. Maintain a safe distance.
What to do if the heater does not heat?
Check that the plug is properly connected and the thermostat is set to maximum. Make sure both switches are on (the indicators light up). If the problem persists, contact technical service via https://orbegozo.com/asistencia-technica/.
Is the Turbo fan mandatory?
No, the Turbo Button is an option to accelerate heat distribution. You can use the heater without activating the fan; the heat will spread naturally by convection.
Is the appliance safe for children?
The appliance has a protective grille, but it does not guarantee complete protection. Children under 3 years must be kept out of reach. Children aged 3 to 8 can only turn the appliance on/off under supervision. Caution: surfaces become very hot.
How to store the heater when not in use?
After use, unplug it and let it cool. Protect it from dust and store it in a dry place. Do not wind the cord around the appliance.
Where to find after-sales service?
Contact technical service via the link https://orbegozo.com/asistencia-technica/ or send an email via the contact page https://orbegozo.com/contacto/. Keep the purchase receipt to claim the legal warranty.
