Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance, and always follow the safety and operating instructions.
Important: This appliance can be used by children over 8 years old and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or with a lack of experience or knowledge if they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance and the risks involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised. Never leave the appliance and its cord unsupervised and within reach of children less than 8 years old or irresponsible persons when it is plugged into the wall or when it is cooling down.

From time to time check the appliance for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or appliance shows any signs of damage. In that case, repairs should be made by a competent qualified electrician(*). Should the cord be damaged, it must be replaced by a competent qualified electrician(*) in order to avoid all danger.
☐ Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions.
□ Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid for any reason whatsoever. Never place it into the dishwasher.
□ Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
☐ The speed switch has to be in off-position "0" and the appliance has to be unplugged from the power supply before cleaning the appliance, changing the accessories or when not in use. Never leave the electrical appliance unsupervised when in use.
□ Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry environment.
□ Never use accessories that are not recommended by the producer. They could constitute a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
- Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in any way in order to avoid the appliance's fall.
☐ Only use this appliance for cooking purposes.
☐ This kind of appliance cannot function continuously; it is not a professional type of appliance. It is necessary to make temporary stops. Check the section "Important information" in the instruction manual.
☐ It is always absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean, as it comes into direct contact with food. Check the section "Cleaning" in the instruction manual.
□ Never let children use the appliance, even when they are supervised.
☐ Make sure the accessory is solidly and correctly tightened at the motor block before starting the appliance.
☐ Make sure your hands and/or any kind of utensil stay clear of the receptacle when the appliance is in use in order to avoid serious injuries. Never touch the accessories when the appliance is in use. Furthermore, never try to stop the movement of the accessories in any way whatsoever. Use the function OFF ("0") of the switch or unplug the appliance.
☐ The appliance is designed for the preparation of small quantities of food that have to be consumed rather quickly. It is not designed for the preparation of large quantities at once.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not intended for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the allowed maximum usage time). The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.

OPERATING POSITIONS
Warning! Operate the appliance only when the accessory/tool is attached according to this table and is in the operating position.

Caution: There is a risk of injury from the rotating tools! While the appliance is operating, keep fingers clear of the mixing bowl. Do not change tools until the appliance is at a standstill and have been unplugged. When switched off, the motor spindle continues running briefly.
HOW TO USE THE KNEADING HOOK, FLAT BEATER & WHISK

The splashguard (9) can prevent the dough from climbing to the top of the hook.2.Fit the required accessory (9 with 10, 7 or 8) onto the motor spindle on the underside of the swivel arm(1).3.Turn the accessory, so the pins on the spindle are aligned with the hook inlets on the accessory top edge. Press the accessory against the swivel arm and turn it anti-clockwise at the same time until the pins engage and the accessory locks into position securely. The accessory must not be loose, nor should you be able to pull it free. |

Detach the accessory by turning it clockwise.

Remove the mixing bowl with the prepared food, turning it anti-clockwise.
CLEANING
When cleaning the appliance, you should pay attention to the following points:
- Remove plug from the mains socket and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it.
- Do not immerse the motor section of the appliance in water and make sure no water enters the appliance.
- Clean the motor section by wiping it with a damp cloth. A little detergent can be added if the appliance is heavily soiled.
- Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any form of strong solvents or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the appliance, as they may damage the outside surfaces of the appliance.
• Take the appliance apart and clean all of the accessories separately. - Be careful not to touch the blades or sharp parts during use and cleaning.
- IMPORTANT! Allow to dry fully after cleaning before using again. Do not use the appliance if damp.
After washing and drying, immediately place attachment into the protective sleeve for storage.

CAPACITY OF THE BOWL
The capacity of the bowl is limited to 5 Liter.
Do not overfill the appliance.
ADDING WATER DURING THE MIXING PROCESS
When adding water to the batter while mixing, ensure it's 40+/-5 °C degree.
UTILISATION EXAMPLES

The whisk is is used for whisking cream, egg whites, etc.

The flatbeater is used to mix lighter types of dough

The kneading hook is used to mix heavy dough, minced meat or demanding kneading jobs.

No guarantee claims will be accepted if the appliance has been modified or if attempts have been made to repair the appliance. In such case, the vendor cannot be held responsible in case of accidents.

Just log on to the service portal (www.ggv-service.de), designate the appliance and then you will be guided through the menu, with all necessary information and advantages, to help you and solve your problem. We are at your service on the service portal during and also after the warranty period.
In case of a defective accessory, the complete appliance will not be exchanged, but only the accessory will be sent free of charge. In such case, do not return the complete appliance but only order the accessory! In case of glass damages, glass spare parts will be charged.
Pieces undergoing wear and tear as well as cleaning and maintenance or the exchange of worn out pieces are not covered by the guarantee and will thus be charged!
AFTER THE LEGAL PERIOD OF GUARANTEE
Repairs after the guarantee period can be performed at a charge by a competent qualified technician or a repair service.
