• Read these instructions care- fully before switching on the appliance and keep them for future reference. Failure to fol- low and observe these instruc- tions could lead to an accident.

• Clean all the parts of the prod- uct that will be in contact with food, as indicated in the clean- ing section, before use.

• This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

• This appliance can be used by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabili- ties or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appli- ance in a safe way and under- stand the hazards involved.

• This appliance is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

• Blades are sharp and could cause harm, be careful and avoid direct contact with the blades’ cutting edges.

• Pay special attention when handling the blades, during as- sembly and disassembly oper- ations, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

• Always switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply if it is left unattended and be- fore changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use, assembling, disassem- bling and cleaning.

• Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sud- den steaming

• If the connection to the mains has been damaged, it must be replaced, take the appliance to an authorised technical sup- port service. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the ap- pliance by yourself in order to avoid a hazard.

• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating label matches the mains voltage before plug- ging in the appliance.

• Connect the appliance to a socket that can supply a minimum of 10 amperes.

• The appliance’s plug must t into the mains socket properly. Do not alter the plug. Do not use plug adaptors.

• Keep the working area clean and well lit. Clut- tered and dark areas invite accidents.

• Keep children and bystanders away when us- ing this appliance.

• Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged.

• If any of the appliance casings breaks, immedi-EN ately disconnect the appliance from the mains to prevent the possibility of an electric shock.

• Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the oor, if there are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.

• Do not use the appliance with damp hands or feet, or when barefooted.

• Do not force the power cord. Never use the power cord to lift up, carry or unplug the ap- pliance.

• Do not wrap the power cord around the appli- ance.

• Do not clip or crease the power cord.

• Check the state of the power cord. Damaged or tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock.

• Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.

• Do not touch the plug with wet hands.

• Take the necessary measures to avoid starting the appliance involuntarily.

• Do not touch any of the appliance’s moving parts while it is operating

• Do not use the appliance if its accessories are not properly tted.

• Do not use the appliance if the accessories attached to it are defective. Replace them im- mediately.

• Do not use the appliance if it is empty.

• Do not use the appliance if the on/off switch does not work.

• Respect the MAX level indicator.

• When using hot liquids do not ll the jug more than half way. At all times, when mixing hot liq- uids in the jug, select the slowest speed on the speed selector.

• This appliance is for household use only, not professional, industrial use.

• Store this appliance out of reach of children and/or persons with physical, sensory or re- duced mental or lack of experience and knowl- edge.

• Keep the appliance in good condition. Check that the moving parts are not misaligned or jammed and make sure there are no broken parts or anomalies that may prevent the appli- ance from operating correctly.

• Use the appliance and its accessories and tools in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use the appliance for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.

• Never use boiling liquids.

• Do not use the appliance on any part of the body of a person or animal.

• Do not use the appliance with frozen goods or those containing bones.

• Do not use the device with the stick-blender more than 50 seconds at a time, pausing 2 minutes.

• Do not use the device with the chopper more than 30 seconds at a time, pausing 2 minutes.

• As a reference in the annexed table appears several recipes, that include the amount of food to process, and the operating time of the apparatus. SERVICE

• If the model of your appliance does not have the accessories described above, they can also be bought separately from the Technical Assistance Service.

• Make sure that all products’ packaging has been removed.

• Before using the product for the rst time, clean the parts that will come into contact with food in the manner described in the cleaning section.

• Prepare the appliance according to the func- tion you wish to use USE:

• Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.

• Connect the appliance to the mains.

• Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off but- ton.

• Select the desired speed.

• Work with the food you want to process. ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL:

• The speed of the appliance can be regulated• Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive prod- ucts, for cleaning the appliance.

• Never submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.

• During the cleaning process, take special care with the blades, as they are very sharp.

• It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food remains.

• If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its surface may degrade and in- exorably affect the duration of the appliance’s useful life and could become unsafe to use.

• The following pieces may be washed in a dish- washer (using a soft cleaning program): - Measuring cup - Chopper cup

• The draining/drying position of the articles washable in the dishwasher or in the sink must allow the water to drain away easily.

• Then dry all parts before its assembly and stor- age.

ANOMALIES AND REPAIR

• Take the appliance to an authorised technical support service if problems arise. Do not try to dismantle or repair without assistance, as this may be dangerous. FOR EU PRODUCT VERSIONS AND/OR IN THE CASE THAT IT IS REQUESTED IN YOUR COUNTRY:

• The materials of which the packaging of this appliance consists are included in a collection, classication and recycling system. Should you wish to dispose of them, use the appropri- ate public containers for each type of material.

by using the speed regulator control (A). This function is very useful, as it makes it possible to adapt the speed of the appliance to the type of work that needs to be done. TURBO FUNCTION:

• The appliance has a Turbo function. By acti- vating the Turbo function (B2) all the power of the motor becomes available, thus obtaining a ner nish in the nal texture of the product. ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE AP- PLIANCE:

• Stop the appliance by releasing the pressure on the on/off button.

• Unplug the appliance from the mains.

• Clean the appliance. ACCESSORIES: STICK BLENDER ACCESSORY (FIG.1):

• This accessory is used for making sauces, soups, mayonnaise, milkshakes, baby food …

• Attach the stick to motor body by pressing until you hear a click (Fig.1.1).

• Put the food to be prepared in the jar and switch the appliance on.

• Detach the stick to motor body by pressing un- til you hear a click (Fig.1.2). CHOPPING ACCESSORY (FIG.2):

• This accessory is used to chop vegetables or meat…

• Put blades set and and the food to be prepared in the chopping container. (Fig.2.1 / 2.2).

• Put the globet adapter tting in the chopper un- til it clicks into place. (Fig.2.3).

• Attach the unit to the cover pressing until you hear the click and switch the appliance on (be careful: do not switch the appliance on if the whole unit is not properly tted and connected together). (Fig.2.4).

• Stop the appliance when the food reaches the desired texture.

• Detach the unit from the cover and press the accessory release buttons to free the adapter tting .

• NOTE 1: not to exceed half of the chopper cup when working with solid foods.

• NOTE 2: In the case of working with liquid foods, do not exceed 300 ml. CLEANING

• Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning task.

Slowly add 500 ml of milk. 20 s Mashed potato Stick blender MAX 400 g The potatoes can be sliced by activating the blender directly in the saucepan directly. 30 s Baby food: fruit and biscuit mush Stick blender MAX 300 g Cut up and place 100 gr. of apple, 100 gr. of banana, 50 gr. of biscuits and the juice of one orange in the jug 25 s Minced meat Stick blender TURBO 40 g Chop the meat to the de- sired texture. 10 s Bread- crumbs Chopper MAX 80 g (1~2 cm) Cut up the stale bread before putting it in the jug.
