Safety The device should be used in strict compliance with the safety and operating instructions provided in this manual. Do NOT use the device close to the womb during pregnancy. Avoid direct eye contact from the laser radiation/blue light/ infrared radiation to protect against the danger of excessive exposure to visible and infrared light. Caution: Keep the device away from children. Children under the age of 18 years should only use the device under adult supervision. Do NOT immerse your device in water or place it close to excessive heat such as a replace or radiant heater or sources of high humidity such as a nebulizer or kettle as this may cause it to cease to operate correctly. Do NOT use this device if the clear plastic lter is broken or removed. There are no user serviceable parts. No modication of this equipment is allowed.

Do NOT use the device for the following persons: Suffering from sunburn. Under medical care for diseases that involve photosensitivity. Receiving photosensitising medications. If you experience any unexpected side effects such as itching, that occurs within the rst 48 hours of using the device, medical advice should be sought prior to further exposure. The device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance and should not be left unsupervised.

Operating Instructions The device should be applied to each nail you would like to clean. Nailit can be used with both hands and feet. Before using Nailit, be sure to thoroughly clean all nails which are to be used with the device. Clamp the Nailit device onto the nail. Ensure the nail is facing the transparent, round window and therefore exposed to the blue light. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to switch on the device. The ON/OFF button will ash green, indicating the session is underway. The nail is now exposed to the laser and blue light. The green light will continue to ash for the duration of the session (7 minutes). At the end of the session, the green light will stop ashing and the device will switch off automatically.

Frequency of Use Each nail should be used with the device once a day. A visible improvement of the appearance of the nails is estimated to take 3-6 months when used daily. However, the effectiveness may vary between individuals. This device can be used at home. Charging Nailit is powered by a rechargeable Li-ion battery. A USB-DC charging cable is included in the kit. The battery should last 185 sessions. The battery has an estimated charging time of 2.5 – 3 hours from empty to fully charged. When the battery is running low, the LED indicator will ash red. To charge the battery: Simply plug the charging cable in the device and charge with a standard USB charger. When charging the LED will ash green.

Warning: The battery in this device can only be replaced by

qualied technicians.6 The device cannot be operated while charging. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator will light green continuously.

Warning: Use only the charging cable supplied. Use of other

cables could be hazardous and will negate the warranty. Cleaning After every use, we recommend that you clean the inner rubber padding. Apply medical alcohol to a cloth and wipe clean. Do not share the device with other people without cleaning the rubber padding.
